You got a TON of things done. You should be very proud of yourself. I think when you make a list and get on a roll you can do a lot. I try to do all my work and errands in the morning so I can relax more in the afternoon. (But I'm retired so it's different.) LOVE seeing Bonnie. She really loves you. Love all her bins. When you get a new pet, there's a lot to invest in . My Suzy has a wicker basket in the living room with all her toys. Always takes one to bed with her.

I love this productive vlog. It’s always good to make your bed first thing in the morning. It’s good taking your dog for a walk early in the morning especially before it get’s to hot. I’m quite good at cleaning my room & bathroom when it needs to get done as well as taking my dog out for a walk everyday. I love collecting new clothes. The anti-bacteria hand wash sounds like a great idea to have in the car. My dog hates the heat too. Sometimes it’s not nice for anyone. Bonnie has so many nice things, you have really done well to look after her. I hope that your mum had a wonderful birthday. My mums birthday is on the 12th of July. I love having a little sleep with my dog. Your new headbands are so cute. 😀

Just a quick tip I thought might be helpful for the summer for Bonnie. I have a GSD and he also hates water in that he won’t even step in a puddle if he can help it but a way we keep him cool is a spray/mist bottle filled with water and sometimes put ice in it. We lightly spray his coat and avoiding his face and ears. This works really well for us and works to keep him cooler in the heat 😊🐕

I’ve seen a few people comment about not putting ice in the dogs water. It’s because it can cause Canine GDV. Rock Sulphur in the water bowl is a really great and safe alternative and has additional health benefits too.

Hi brogan I’m a nurse and we getting daily updates in the trust, last week when it was super hot they told us to be careful keeping antibac hand gel in the car as it can double in temperature and cause a fire when the sun hits it xxx

Bonnie is so cute!!!! A couple of tricks for keeping pooches cool on hot days are cooling mats (in their beds of with a blanket over) and also cooling collars are a life saver ❤️

Hi Brogan, a cool treat for your dog it, fill a plastic cup with water, then put in some treats or some dry food. Then put it in the freezer over night, it turns out like a big icey pole for your dog. We also like to put peanut butter or vegimite - enjoy. For Bonnie you can get a pet cool mat, I have one for my cat and he loves it. You don’t have to freeze it or anything. It was £15 from amazon and it works a treat xx

Hi Brogan don’t keep antibac in your car, the alcohol will evaporate in the heat making it useless. Also it can be flammable xxx

Was watching this as I laid in bed procrastinating 😂😂 definitely got me motivated and kicked me into gear to get stuff done round the flat that I have been putting off. Also on the hand anti bac for the car, apparently I read you shouldn’t leave it in the car... if it gets to hot it can become flammable due to the alcohol. Who knew that was a thing to worry about!!!

So heartwarming to see how much you are trying to keep Bonnie cool in the heat wave :) We bought a cooling pad/mat for pets for my brother's dog when it was the heatwave and it helped to keep him cooler... just placed it in his dog bed and when he was lying down on it, it cooled him down :)

My parents had a German Shorthaired Pointer, and he used to like a thin, cool, damp towel draped on him when he was hot - cheap and easy too. That would do the trick quickly.

I would highly recommend folding clothes using the Marie Kondo method, I did this recently and it keeps them all tidy and you can see everything easily ☺️

I love it when Bonnie gets excited when she first sees you in the morning. I guess she gets hot easily because her black hair attracts the heat and sunlight just like dark coloured clothes do. Your blue skirt and floral face mask are pretty. I have some black cloth face masks that I bought from Wowcher and I wear when I go out to local shops and I also carry hand sanitiser with me. My mum and my sister have some beautiful patterned handmade face masks that they showed me over Skype and two of my mum’s friends at her church made them. Some of my local charity shops are now open and I might take some things down there soon such as an orange summery top I don’t wear anymore. I have recently had a clear out of my fridge and store cupboards by getting rid of food that had gone out of date. Happy birthday to your mum for yesterday. This year I sent my mum a personalised floral 60th birthday card I ordered her a jigsaw puzzle of the Guardian newspaper front page from the day she was born as a late birthday present because the company that made the puzzles closed for 2 weeks in March and April due to the current pandemic and they were sold out of the Guardian puzzles for a while. Last Thursday I volunteered from home due to having swapped from the Tuesday as I had other plans on the Tuesday. Right now I am taking some time off from volunteering because my maternal grandad was admitted to hospital with a stroke over the weekend and I can’t predict what will happen with this current situation. I am very sad and scared about it.

Me and my partner have just lost our second property since September and this vlog has really cheered me up! It feels like we are never going to be home owners, especially now as we have lost thousands of pounds 😔 Also, just a tip, don’t leave hand sanitiser in the car especially in this heat! I’ve seen endless warnings about them catching fire due to the alcohol content. I’d hate for anything to happen 😓. With regards to the pump you can buy ones from PHS I think it is (the brand) that are round and have a pump.

I like to leave ice cubs in my dog’s water bowl to help cool her down in the heat of summer.

Very motivating I did about 20 minutes garden clearing before i got over heated and hay fever went mad; I did take full advantage and dried my washing out side...(not great for hay fever but makes it smell nice and better for the environment that a tumble dryer) Tip for cooling down rooms is keep the windows closed and curtains drawn on the rooms with the sun on it and open some windows on the shaded side of the house it’s not ice box cold but makes a difference...

Loved this video, made me feel very focussed and motivated for today. Just a little thing to know, you shouldn’t leave hand sanitiser in the car when it’s hot, the alcohol content in it can combust and set fire to your car, so take it out each time and keep somewhere cool in your house instead 🙂

Loved this vlog! Watching this with a nice cuppa and this is getting me ready for the day! I have a hand sanitizer pump that I keep in my car (I got it from savers) and it’s great! However, in hot weather I make sure to take it out of my car as it is a hazard as if it’s get too hot it can end up causing fires etc so be careful! Got a big to do list to do before my a Birthday on Thursday so going to crack on with it now!! 😄💕 xx

Just as a side note, don't leave any sanitiser in your car in the heat. The temperature can mean the alcohol in the sanitiser can evaporate but there are other risks too :(

I’ve only just discovered your channel but now I love watching your vlogs. Bonnie is absolutely gorgeous. You can get cooling pads for them to lay on if she’s struggling? You can also get water bowls that you can cool too. I think Aldi had them in their special deals recently.

Just thought I would let you know about the issues that have been discovered with leaving anti bac in the car as they have been causing fires especially in this very hot whether as the heat reacts with the alcohol and starts a fire . Hi Brogan, just a tip re recycling pizza boxes. You can't actually recycle them because they have food residue. What you can do is cut the top part (if it's clean) to recycle and compost (if you have that near you) the bottom part where the pizza was. 👍

B&M have 500ml bottles of hand sanitiser with a pump on it. It is the same sort of bottle that you get liquid soap in so you need to look carefully at the label or you might miss it. It is a clear bottle and the brand is senses. They are either £4.99 or £5.99.i did have to try a couple of branches as the first branch of B&M I tried was sold out. I haven’t tried it in a cup holder but it might fit.

Purell (the anti bac brand) has a foaming bottle dispenser that fits in the cup holder! I’m using one in my car right now :)

Ps your wardrobe end result is my heaven 😊

It's best to carry hand sanitiser on you, as the warm temperature of a car can cause the alcohol to evaporate from the anti-bac making it ineffective. Also impressed with how productive you were in that heat, I barely got anything done that day.
