That is the main reason I watch your vlogs, because you are so relatable. So inspiring to hear about your journey with the gym/physical health. I’ve been struggling for a long time to establish a healthy routine that doesn’t also trigger my food issues. I recently moved and just joined a new gym and I’m hoping to really feel at home there. It makes such a difference.

I can relate so much to the excerise struggle. I started walking daily when the pandemic began to keep my mental health good and found my groove. I have lost 30 pounds but more inportantly, I'm stronger and have more endurance. 😁

I love all the elements of Merengue, salsa and mambo. It's just missing a bachata track unfortunately, which is a shame as it's one of the most beautiful genres of Latin music from the Dominican Republic, which a lot of the characters come from. My favourite song is Carnaval del Barrio. It's the epitome of how Latinos love to party! I'm already a Leslie Grace fan and I love learning about Latin culture so I can't wait to see it. 💕

I was watching wanting to shout just tie the top up at the bottom and it would give a completely different shape. I’m totally with you. It’s hard when you are trying something new and I think it’s fab that you are putting the time into your mental/physical health. You should check out Carrie Dayton’s videos, she mid- size and does fab videos on body neutrality. She also did videos on different work out clothing companies. Xx

With my gym/running gear I have picked a few colours (teal, blue, black and grey) and then I can mix and match everything depending on the sport/weather. The sports bra you showed when you were wearing Benjis vest looked so nice, do you remember the brand? For gym tops I’ve got a few from Primark in the past.....I don’t know if they have anything now or Asos. FabFitFun isn’t something I’ve considered before but I might need to give it a little look.

The bold type is the best! Loved it! There’s 5 seasons but season 5 isn’t out in England yet. It came out in America May 26th. I couldn’t get into Emily in Paris but loved the bold type! X

Highly recommend blue light glasses, I used to get terrible headaches and slept so badly but I use my blue light glasses everyday and I rarely get headaches and I sleep much better xx

I have had days where I live in America where it can get to 120 degrees which I want to is like 47 or 48 Celsius... Crazy hot!! 🥵

I enjoyed your Primark video from last week and I also enjoyed following your updates during your retreat on Instagram. I remember when you originally went to David Lloyd and it’s good that you joined. Happy 10th birthday in advance to Bonnie! In your latest Fab, Fit, Fun box, I especially like the look of the body wrap and the nail polish setting spray. I met Lydia Millen at a blogging event in 2018 and she was very sweet. I hope you, Benji and Bonnie enjoy your trip this weekend. In terms of my own life, my parents are considering cancelling our trip to Gran Canaria in September because it is currently on the Amber list, so we might go somewhere on the south coast of England such as Poole or Weymouth instead. I am also planning to play a game of bingo with one of my friends outside of my flat to celebrate her birthday next week because I haven’t been to my bingo club for about 2 years.

Brogan please don’t compare yourself to Lydia Emillen! We love you for wearing your boyfriends clothes - I’m really not into designer gear hence why I don’t watch people like Lydia, much prefer home vlogs with humble people like you!

Wisdom Teeth are so strange. I had one come through at 19 and then the other three (!) came through at once when I was 25 😅 (I’m 28 now) Also. Bonnie makes me weep she’s absolutely beautiful. My dog is a collie/Springer cross and although she looks like a small collie her personality is 100% spaniel. Spaniels are such a special breed 🥰 🐶 x
