This album is going to be an absolute masterpiece. Every song so far is an absolute hit. And I love this retro futurism aesthetic.

Criminally underrated since 2010! They are about my top 10 fav bands. The ghost inside back in the day is what got me to find out about them

This song pulls you into the 70's and 80's. Like you've heard this song a million times as a kid. Even though you're hearing it just now for the first time in your 30's. WHAT.

I love that someone who's only in their 30s recognized how much this song resembles some songs from the 1970s!! I'm 66 and discovered this band about 2 years ago. Even though I'm more drawn to a lot of the music from the 80s I'm really enjoying these guys!!

His albums always have a cohesive theme and stay true throughout, creating a true audio experience. That's why you keep hitting repeat...

I've listened to this Band for almost 12 years. My late Grandfather in his last year, 2010, showed me their first Album. I grew up evolving to this music, now over 3 albums, they just get better each time.

This song started playing in my car while I was coming home late from work. Heavy rain and heavy traffic with the epic solo at the end made me forget I was stuck in traffic. I was somewhere else, it felt surreal

OMG, this band is simply perfect.

I’ve listened to this CD about 80 times since it came out. This is my fav. The piano, background vocals and specifically the lead vocals from James are so effortless and on point it’s truly mad. These guys are incredible. And the outro? Sick. Imagine working on this song in the studio? Unreal.

This came out yesterday and since the first listening I couldn't stop pressing replay. Honestly sometimes life feels kinda obscure or without new emotions but then we get to know sounds like these and remember what it all means. I feel so grateful for being here in this moment listening to this song over and over again. While I hear James Mercer's delicate vocals and Danger Mouse's drums I feel at peace. That's why I keep repeating this sound. I leave anxiety behind everytime; here my soul can rest.

Cool retro vibe

The binary star system when the instumental part begins makes me cry. And the image of the astronaut on his side crashed on the moon takes my breath away every time. I can't stop looking at the stars reflected on his helmet.

I just randomly stumbled upon this song whilst listen to Radio Paradise (for the first time in quite a while), and it's like meeting an old friend for the first time. It's completely new to me but I feel like I've been listening to it for years. I think I'm an instant fan.

Perhaps this will be a broken thought, but this release couldn't have come at a better time in my own life. I love The Shins, but I was mildly disappointed to see James was doing a tour of their music this summer instead of releasing more Broken Bells. I'm grateful that it seems Broken Bells hasn't been forgotten, and after this I'm satisfied that there's new music in the works. It's amazing stuff, and I've been vibing to these sounds for a decade now. I was incredibly disappointed I couldn't make it to the recent The Shins show in DC, but in some sense I realize now that that would have been a consolation concert compared to a good Broken Bells show. I'd love it if you guys could find the time for a central PA, or PA in general appearance once all the new music is hashed out. Frankly I love the space theme, and whether it's James or someone else, the esoteric lyrics really rustle my jimmies as someone who is more of a book worm than band geek.
