Mike still uses his old school Multibeat exercise, huh? I haven't played that exercise in 18 years and knew it completely by heart as soon as they started playing it. Well done @JacksonPercussion.

How much time would you say there was between each exercise? I want to know how to structure my practice sessions better

In their lots they only spend max like a minute between warm ups. (Which I've never seen) But I don't know for their rehearsals. Could be longer
