This is a broken Vajrayana statue outside Jora temple or the couples temple in Lakhisarai town. It was here Padmasambhava and Mandarva first lived as a couple after the failed attempt to burn Padmasambhava by the king of Zahor. Historians say that its a broken statue of Vishnu. I personally feel statues should be dealt with locally according to local folklore, and not the Pan Indian stuff historians sitting in Delhi and Calcutta universities dole out. One of Padmasambhava's manifestations is Vishnu Dutta (in the village of Nandnama which previously was a charnel ground where Padmasambhava meditated). Vishnu and Vishnu Dutta should be researched.
