I wish I could cry more. There was a time in my life that I forced myself not to, and now I can rarely let it out. I'm generally a happy person but when I feel pain, I can't cry to let it out. Only time I cry is when I'm frustrated or just overloaded.

But, when she started talking about Whitney and substance abuse I thought she was real, genuine and sincere. I teared up because I could actually felt her pain! I mostly cry when I'm in church. Sometimes, I feel the love of God so strong and it's overwhelming. I also cry when others hurt me, let me down or I feel betrayed. Sometimes I feel better after a good cry, other time I feel worst. It all depends what made me cry.

When she started talking about her substance abuse issues I almost started crying 🥺 Its like she feels so much shame toward her past self and is devastated that Whitney didn't win the battle.
