I always had the idea that maybe his Domain Expansion would turn his opponent into a puppet as it's Sure Hit Effect, then he can manipulate this newly made puppet

I can see his DE being that he makes a DE sphere around him and it is in the belly of Ultimate Mechamaru. Mechamaru would build up alot of energy extremely quickly without having to do the years with thing. Maybe the mech itself can rct itself and stuff too

the difference is that Yaga can create cursed corpses that have their own pools of cursed energy they can naturally replenish, Mechamaru has to use his own cursed energy to power his puppets which makes it a lot more limited. Yaga was considered for Special Grade because he could theoretically create an endless army of cursed corpses with their own cursed energy pools. So for Mechamaru, I'd put him in like Grade 0, above Grade 1 but below Special Grade.

The principle of Heavenly restriction is a loss for a gain. Breaking a pact with yourself makes you lose the gain you had, so why would it be different for Heavenly restriction. Mechamaru is born with a shitty body AND the ability to use his technique over a wide range + a big output of cursed energy. Those things go hand in hand, I don't see why healing his soul would not mean breaking the pact.

i would imagine he'd be able to create a battery so he can have a rika-like storage of curse energy that other sorcerers could fuel with their own cursed energy (or even techniques) since he can already do that with new shadow style

he could really get into what makes a "puppet", he could probably make puppets of different shapes, such as missile puppets or bomb puppets, with the sole intent of getting as much damage out. poison puppets, "fused" puppets that combine other sorcerer's techniques, the sky is the limit. he could make "simple" puppets from the ground, air or just about anything he can get his hands in, he could even try controlling someone as his puppet, though that would probably be severely weaker depending on the strength of the person's will. imagine if he could, like, control (or most importantly give CE) to someone if they took a binding vow to be his "puppet"? could you imagine the insane shit that higher grades like mei mei or kusakabe could do with such a large pool of CE? AND add the fact that he could still provide aid with his puppets, that would turn any first grade into effectively a special grade.

I'd argue by the time of his death we saw as far as Mahito could go, sure he could've potentially done more creative applications of his cursed technique but at the point in the story where he died was a point where there wasn't really much else he could do. He had strengthened his soul and achieved his "perfect" form where he is so fast and strong he is arguably the strongest disaster curse. Not only that but he had achieved a 0.1 second Domain Expansion, splitting his soul into clones, Black Flash, and has displayed incredible range and creativity with his abilities. There is honestly not much else he could do past that point.

The first and most obvious point is that he can exploit immense numbers, having various types of Puppets/Mechs mixed together in order to overwhelm the opponent with numbers - especially if the fight becomes a battle of attrition. Keeping this in mind he would need to become extremely well read on Warfare, tactics and the likes. This would allow him to make the absolute most of his skills meaning he could fight a close range, assault from long range, maneuver the opponent into traps and rig the battlefield into a giant weapon of sorts. If he got to the point where could control thousands or even millions of Puppets simultaneously than this becomes even more prominent as now they are swarmed and attacked in all manner of ways. Controlling such a large number of bots alone would be difficult so Kokichi may take a page from Iron Man's book and create an artificial intelligence that can help him do this - he may even connect it directly to his brain so that it acts as an Extension of his mental faculties making him more intelligent (etc) as a result. With this artificial intelligence it would all Kokichi to Spread his awareness and intelligence to every individual bot and thus fully process everything that comes his way and thus coordinate all bots based on the mass of information making his legion far more effective and useful as they are at this point one man in countless bodies. Furthering the use of the AI it may even allow for him to accurately predict several possible outcomes allowing him a far greater ability to strategise and plan ahead based on information that has been previously gathered. With this predictive function it would be as if Kokichi possessed some form of Future Sight as he accurately (though likely not perfectly) discerns and plans ahead quickly overtaking the opponent. Sensory Data gained from these bots would also be expanded significantly outside regular human senses so that Kokichi may bring his abilities as close to the Six Eyes as possible - enhancing all his human senses and even processing other information at ridiculous speeds in order to make the absolute best use of his abilities. If he can find ways to percieve Cursed energy through his Puppets (and supplemental technology for himself) he may even achieve a lesser version of the Six eyes which would allow him far greater potential as a result of that. Other than this the surveillance capabilities that would come with this would make information Gathering and Warfare on massive scales easily possible as there would be Instantaneous perfect Coordination and complete awareness of everything as it occurs. Another avenue of growth is if he could also simultaneously access the Internet to quickly access information and make use of it through either himself or his Artificial intelligence. With this Ability to access all manner of Internet, dark Web and other connections and networks Kokichi would be able to achieve a more complete knowledge. Maybe he could use his Artificial Intelligence to control Cyberspace as well granting a Variety of abilities such as controlling computers, accessing all information, installing computer viruses into things, spying on enemies without being detected and much more. This could be combined with the use of Holograms and projectors to create a form of Illusion Technique which if Nano bots are used alongside this could surprise the opponent by making intangible opponents that can also hit them thus putting pressure on them to figure out how it works so that they aren't beaten. Using the 3-Dimensional Nature of their Nanomachine abilities they would be able to create exceedingly complex Illusions that would be Combined with nanobots to have various effects and thus making Kokichi appear far more capable than he may be as he appears to summons Massive Hurricanes, Tsunamis and the Likes.

The sheer number has another advantage in that by having Puppets hidden all over the place, he can have constant surveillance of large areas (e.g all of Japan) at all times from different perspectives and angles Making him that much more effective as he has the means to stay completely aware of everything going on at all times and can respond as necessary. Long Range communication (audio and video) would also enhance the effectiveness of this since he could basically catch wind of Geto appearing for example and instantly contact Gojo to get him to show up and take him out. If he uses Nano-scaled bots he could have practically Undetectable surveillance and a bunch of other potential Abilities as well through these. Having incredible Stealth skills that can be applied through these bots (on top of cloaking technology for example which only improves this) would allow Kokichi to have hidden legions everywhere spying on everyone meaning that he could assassinate an Enemy at Any time or simply gather information on them. Having this Stealth ability would be helpful in combat as he would be able to blindside and surprise attack his opponents making it easier to defeat them. As mentioned, Nano-scale bots would also have their place in his arsenal and they are surveillance, Tracking and scanning areas. This isn't all however as if Kokichi can coordinate them (or automate this process) he could create a Humanoid bot composed of nanomachines capable of Shapeshifting into different forms allowing for manifestation of weapons, defenses, Constructs and structures of all kinds. He could have millions (if not billions or more) of them cover absolutely everything on the battlefield in order to manipulate it freely such as throwing objects and the likes, creating platforms and all sorts of other things based on Constructs. For Tracking all he has to do is place on something subtly and whether it goes he can follow it. His own suit may even be composed out of these allowing for a Shapeshifting suit that can sprout weapons at any time. He may be able to hide thousands inside of all his bots so that they may be released and used in a similar manner to Aburame Insects from naruto - with this in Mind different variations become a possibility such as exploding, heat seeking and the likes. Another idea involves exploiting the fact that they can release Cursed energy and thus Implanting these nanomachines into Corpses in order to Possess them and control them (may even work with living humans and Cursed Spirits). With all of these variants and their uses it becomes possible for Kokichi to achieve a whole slew of abilities through this alone. His surveillance capabilities are immense as bird Puppets and insect Puppets are all over the place keeping track of anything allowing Kokichi to quickly find and track down Curses and Curse users with ease. These surveillance bots can also be rigged to explode or fire out Nano scale weapons such as darts, needles and the likes in order to catch people off guard. Combined with this every wall has small and large Puppets hidden inside them laying dormant waiting to be activated when needed like a version of the rumbling from attack on titan. With this Ability he can rig the environment into a weapon at Any time. With the addition of Sorcerer Cursed Corpses and the likes he is Practically unstoppable. All of these together allow him to be practically all knowing and thus manage his network of spy bots and trap bots to wipe out Curse spirits and Curse users enmasse even wiping them out the moment they appear. Expanding upon the concept of having Puppets everywhere, Kokichi could even replace buildings with advanced and specialised Nano Puppets thus allowing to control every aspect of The buildings and the likes. All doors, floors, carpets, decor, locks, stairs (etc) are all rigged in order to attack the opponent from all angles and sides without Restraint. This makes the entirety of Japan his territory - a living city of sorts where weapons and puppets can spawn anywhere he desires and he doesn't even need to be there for it to happen. At this point (though it takes years to set up) Kokichi is capable of protecting everyone from Cursed Spirits literally Eliminating them the moment they are born which also stops Curse Manipulators from expanding their abilities. Using the Nanomachines (and possibly even smaller than that) he would become able to recreate water Techniques, earth Techniques, fire techniques and all sorts of other Abilities based purely on Manipulation of specialised Nano bots in order to Cause particular effects. If he has enough of them (or creates a form of generator technique for these bots) Kokichi would become capable of wielding these abilities and their possible sub-Abilities (e.g Lava creating Smoke, tectonic Manipulation via magma and more) at the same scales as the person who possesses the original ability if not even greater than them. Having such a vast amount of different techniques and abilities as well as the ability to coordinate the bots creating them would allow for the Replication of Hundreds of Cursed Techniques, which would practically be the same as Yuta's copy. Binding Vows would also be exceedingly useful for him as he could use them to Rapidly increase his reserves and output of Cursed Energy amongst other things which makes all of his abilities more effective. He could use the inherent risk of fighting head on to create a Vow, sacrifice of Puppets and so much more. There are various conditions he could utilise to make full use of this aspect in further improving all of abilities to make him as close to top tier as possible. If on top of the vast numbers, he was also to have an iron man like suit similar to what you mentioned it would definitely go a long way to making Kokichi much more effective. He could have all sorts of Methods for combat through this due to various weapons being installed into the suit. Maybe as he advances the suit designs he could make the previous suits Automated and used as generals of a sort. On top of that they could also be form fitting which allows a suit to fly in, cover someone and take them away from danger - meaning he can act as long Range rescue. The suit is reinforced and enhanced by Cursed energy allowing him an incredible destructive Prowess along with significantly greater physical abilities which would make him a problem in combat. If he uses exoskeleton and Cybernetic Enhancement he would be able to supplement his body with his technology so that whilst in the suit his strength, speed, reflexes (etc) are far greater than before - they may even begin to near the levels possessed by Heavenly Restriction users like Toji and Maki, though this is unlikely.

Next would definitely be how he uses them, he should learn Weapon arts and Hand-To-Hand Combat as not only would he be able to do these himself but it would also make him far more effective at using his bots - if they possess masterful skills in close range rather than just swarming them, the pressure can be put on with highly Skilled opponents attacking all at once whilst hiding the fact that a massive mech is charing up a cannon to completely destroy the opponent. Building off weapon skills, It would be prudent for Kokichi to collect as many Cursed Tools and weapons as possible. With these extra Abilities and effects he would become able to fight at a far higher level than otherwise as he can supplement shortcomings through the Abilities of these tools. If he has multiple inside every bot so that they can wielded freely then his army becomes much more effective. Each bot would have weapons that complement it's design the most in order to make the most use of these tools and not squander their abilities. Extending the weapon category he could learn how to create Cursed Tools and objects in the form of modern Weaponry and even imbue Cursed techniques in them similarly to Yuta - this could then be applied to his Puppets which means that every Puppet is a Cursed weapon as are the weapons built into them. Overall with this Advancement to the process he would become extremely dangerous with weapons capable of harming Cursed Spirits and the likes beyond merely Swords and other archaic weapons. By copying aspects of Cursed Corpse creation, Kokichi could create Puppets with their own Cursed energy pools. This would also allow for creating Puppets with Transformations, personalities and individuality allowing them to act independently of the AI and Kokichi Himself (likely acting as A general of sorts in the overall army). This means that Kokichi could theoretically create an endless army of Puppets with their own Cursed energy pools. On top of this, he could use a specialised type of Puppet through which he could create Cursed Corpses meaning that everyone he kills is turned into a Cursed corpse, thus furthering his abilities that much more. If he became skilled enough then he could implant the soul information of skilled Sorcerers and combatants thus allowing for mass production of superior fighters and even a way to technically utilise Necromancy and raise the Dead by turning them into a Cursed Corpse hybrid Puppet. To have such an infinite army with various abilities and individuals involved would result in a level of capacity that nobody else could come close to match. This also means that all of his Puppets are Self-Sustaining in the long run which makes Kokichi that much more terrifying. Potentially by Implanting body and soul Information he can resurrect Sorcerers with strong Abilities as part of his armies, this means that any Sorcerers who die could be brought back to life completely intact as if they never died and since this is technically a Puppet it may be repairable thus creating immortal versions of these Sorcerers. Aside from Humanoid Puppets he could create countless other types of Puppets dedicated to different things such as "Generators" which use Nano machines to craft other Puppets, "Monoliths" which act as signal enhancement in order to greatly increase his potential range, "Nano Puppets" which have already been discussed (along with smaller counterparts that have different effects due to being at Molecular scales etc) and many more. With all of these abilities it becomes an easy task for Kokichi to create various abilities based on Molecular Manipulation, Cellular Manipulation, Biological Manipulation and much more all derived from advanced Puppet types and machinery that Kokichi can wield to the fullest. This expands further into non-puppet weapons which generally cannot move and are not Adaptive in any manner, these are designed purely for singular purposes such as having anti-air weapons that can be deployed, Orbital Cannons and all manner of other weapons - with this additional aspect his abilities rise to a ridiculous extent, especially when in combination with recreated Cursed techniques. Fodder Puppets are Used as Projectiles, distractions, substitutions and more so that the more valuable Puppets can be retained and not damaged in any way. The interesting part about fodder Puppets is that they act as a nonstop horde of minor Puppets that seek to outnumber and overwhelm any Opponent dragging them into a game of attrition. In order to fulfil their purpose at the highest level, fodder Puppets possess a unique ability in which their destroyed body parts can Reattach themselves and Self-repair. These make up the vast majority of the initial waves in combat as Kokichi uses these to significantly tire out the opponent so that they can later destroy them with greater firepower and without much effort. Failure to quickly remove them (meaning complete Erasure in some form like Hollow purple) will result in the opponent quickly becoming outnumbered and overwhelmed as not only does the number of Puppets grow but so does the firepower Kokichi can use.

As for Puppet types I think that the basic ones (level 1 as called in the video) should come in more forms - Weapon-shaped, Animal-shaped and Humanoid - the variety gained from this allows for various Seige tactics and the likes to be employed attacking from close and long range simultaneously. Now these basic Puppets should also be rigged with Poisons and the likes in order to Cause to harm to those who damage the bots due to having Poisons in the bloodstream. A Variety of other weapons built into them like Puppets from naruto would also be useful. With a bunch of basic weapons inside of them to act as traps but also to expand their options makes the level 1 bots far more useful and effective overall. These bots have the lowest Cursed energy access and output as they are mostly used for putting on pressure through technological means at all ranges. Cursed Energy is mostly used to reinforce them and amplify their attacks. They are Grade 2 and below in below in power. These are mostly used for sniffing out the opponent's Abilities as well as wearing them out at lower levels with the strongest level 1s being used for 1v1 Combat in order to hide the other bots that would surprise attack the opponent. As for the Level 2 Bots they are similar to level 1 bots in concept but are much more powerful due to having access to greater Weaponry, Cursed energy reserves and output amongst other things. With all of these they work similarly to Level 1s but are less common and far more powerful. Their level of Amplification and Reinforcement are significantly greater allowing them to fight against high Grade 1 Sorcerers and spirits either alone or in a small group and a larger group being needed for low special grades. They possess superior Weaponry and the likes. As with the level 1 bots they have various types such as Weapon-shaped, Animal-shaped, Humanoid, contraption type and more. Furthermore, these may be allocated specialised Nano bots thus allowing use of specific recreated Abilities with some even having multiple available to them. They are roughly mid-high grade 1 in overall power and ability. Level 3 Puppets would be akin to a halfway point between the huge mechs we see him use and the regular level 1 and 2 Puppets. They are usually either Humanoid or animalistic in Nature based on their appearance - some are even Hybrids of the two. With these Puppets they possess incredible firepower that puts them at the upper echelons of grade 1 Sorcerers and spirits thus making them capable of taking on low-min special grades when in a group. Their Usage of cursed energy is far greater than the previous types of Puppets and as result they possess greater physical and destructive Prowess. Level 4 and above are simply versions of the giant mechs that sit firmly in the low-mid special grade category allowing them to contend with the likes of the disaster Curses and come out victorious. These come in all manner of shapes and sizes are literal walking war machines that can lay siege to a city alone because modern technology would not be able to stop it quickly enough. These mechs may possess the ability to use multiple copied Cursed Techniques which makes them exceedingly dangerous when applied in combat. These Puppets are generally hidden in key locations and some ARE the various buildings that are present throughout Japan - with the biggest Puppet, the Level 10 being the entirety of Japan itself as a rigged living country sized Puppet that can Attack from all angles and places through which all Cursed Techniques can be Used. Through the creation of more complex "appliances" through which he can wield Cursed energy, Kokichi can essentially achieve a far greater mileage and thus use his Cursed energy in different ways. For example, he can possess limited Magnetic abilities through an electromagnet and limited electrical Abilities through an electricity generator. These ideas can be expanded upon in various ways until his Puppet Manipulation essentially becomes "Cursed technology". With such concepts he'd be able to Create a form of Cursed energy battery that would have the effect of granting Boundless and practically Nigh-Infinite Cursed energy akin to how Rika does for Yuta. The difference here is that this would come for mechanisms allowing direct control over the output of Cursed energy potentially making him reach the heights of Yuta And possibly Gojo if perfected. Thus, the use of this would allow constant and Infinite fuel for Cursed energy and Cursed Techniques which would keep all of his Puppets fresh in combat. Through some sort of link he may be able to devise a way to transfer Cursed energy to anyone over any distance allowing fellow Sorcerers to never run out of energy as they are constantly being supplied from the central power battery that is Kokichi's Technique. This comes into play at Any especially high level when concepts of solar power conversion into Cursed energy and other such ideas come into play as then the entirety of Japan and even his Puppets themselves become generators and Storage of all of this Cursed energy. The same may even become possible with positive energy allowing him to remotely transfer it to heal people, restore their Cursed Technique or refill their reserves amongst various other options.

He could take another page from Geto's book and create his own equivalent of maximum Uzumaki wherein he sacrifices numerous Puppets, combines them and then uses that to fire a blast of Cursed energy capable of Immense damage. With the different Puppet types and techniques he has, thus may be something that could be done enmass firing massive beams like this from multiple locations or at multiple locations all at once by Sacrificing the lesser Puppets to do so. Poisons are another aspect of his abilities wherein he laces all weapons with Poisons, Uses Poison Gasses and all sorts of other uses for Poisons. The gas application particularly may be effective against Gojo's defensive capabilities allowing Kokichi to Bypass it to take Out Gojo. If this is applied to all Puppets then he becomes easily capable of killing almost anybody provided they aren't immune to Poisons. With these his ability to take Out enemies whether by killing or simply paralysing (etc) them is taken to an all time high especially when the scope and scale of his abilities are taken into account - meaning that he possesses very dangerous Abilities that spread over the entirety of Japan itself. Combining the Country wide living city with his energy storage technology, it would become possible for Kokichi to stop Curses from ever appearing ever again whilst also building up a ridiculous amount of Cursed energy in his storage which could then be used for his mechs or he used to power the city and the likes with a renewable energy source that doesn't cause pollution or anything else. All vehicles (etc) would be replaced with such methods and all fossil fuels would become pointless as Cursed energy is a superior alternative. Domain Amplification and simple domain are also Techniques he should definitely learn. With simple domain he gains the ability to enforce rules upon an opponent and with domain Amplification he can Negate Cursed Techniques. These two alone are very effective especially when combined with the possibility that he could even learn to use them through his Puppets - especially the Cursed Corpse Hybrids (which may even possess and be able to use their own domains). Concerning domain expansion simply giving him a domain wouldn't be enough for a full potential Kokichi, rather learn 0.2sec and Barrierless Domain techniques are going to be extremely useful for him to make full use of his abilities - especially if he can use his domain remotely through his Puppets. Now with the Cursed Corpse Hybrids he may in fact possess multiple domains he can access and refine by having each of them cast their domains. Barriers are another aspect of Jujutsu sorcery that if learnt and used with optimal application and finesse would definitely elevate his Prowess to the top 10 strongest as not only would he be able to utilise the barriers in an elaborate divide and conquer strategy but he may be able to use them in more creative ways such as Trapping people, making platforms, cutting people in half, pushing things away, deflecting attacks and much more by simply creating and manipulating barriers. Furthering his strategic abilities he could create Seperate "colonies" similar to the culling games wherein opponents are kept Seperate from each other and made unable to Aid each other making it that much easier to overrun and take down Absolutely anyone. Finally Shikigami are also an immensely important aspect as not only could he create countless of his own Shikigami with different variants for different purposes as well. But the Corpse Hybrids and possibly even his regular Puppets may be able to craft Shikigami of their own potentially allowing thousands and maybe even millions of Shikigami with different effects and abilities to be added to his arsenal making Kokichi Reach immensely potent levels in combat.
