I have seen these critters at my local Dollar Tree... nice use of them dollar-store toys. I actually improved a "Masters Of The Universe" Orko mini purchased at that same Dollar Tree with a little Corvus Black on the underside of his robe and the post meant to give the impression of Orko floating a foot off the ground.

@brokenterrain2 жыл бұрын
They're perfect for it. I loved the different techniques used. You do some sculpting, which is something I'd like to get into.. I recently picked up some green stuff and really want to start utilizing that.
@shadowandson35502 жыл бұрын
@@brokenterrain Green stuff is great but hard to find and the most expensive option. We use alot of milliput and paper clay and fimo. You might want to try less expensive Clay's and potties first to get the hang of sculpting before you use greenstuff. It is alot of fun and really multiplied your overall skills and abilities and of course puts more tools in your tool box. We will be anxiously awaiting your upcoming vids to see what's next in the old drawing board. Happy holidays!

Another way to deal with the screw holes would be to still some spikes into them when you go to apply the hot glue. Use some toothpick ends or other sharpened pieces of wood or plastic or whatever. Make it look like the beast has a row of back spikes. Anyway, the figure came out really well. Good job. It kind of reminds me of the Chaos War Shrine from Warhammer. The one being carried bodily by two ogre looking creatures.
