Brompton Bikepacking with an Old Skool Wool Bedroll

Hi de hi campers, join me for another bikepacking adventure with my Brompton. This time I'm camping with my old skool wool bedroll and wax canvas tarp. I light the fire with a Clematis tinder bundle and whittle a nice butter knife.

Nice one mate, will have to definitely make the effort to get up to that brewery and sample some of what it has to offer, apart from that, that's a nice spot and good to see you try new things sure we will catch up soon m8 thanks for sharing and keep them vids coming

Cheers Chris, the tap room is definitely worth a visit, as is the farm shop. I need to explore that woodland a lot more because I'm sure there's lots more to see up there and plenty of new camping opportunities to exploit! We'll definitely have to get a camp in the diary before the end of this year 👍

Cracking video Gavin and a lovely spot to camp in too. Great job with the clematis and finding that awesome load of fatwood too, happy days indeed. The Moot looked good, I must pay it a visit some time, cool to see the classic cars as well. 👍👍

Great video Barney! I was up near the brewery on me bike a few weeks ago, but sadly, when it was closed. Managed a crafty camp up in the woods at the top of the hill too. Have you thought about doing a bimble along the Pilgrim's Way, down towards Lenham?

Thanks Oscar, the tap room and farms shop is well worth a visit! A few years back I hiked the north downs/pilgrims way from Canterbury to Rochester and wild camped on the trail near Hollingbourne. It's a nice walk and I keep meaning to do the rest of the north downs way 👍

Sounds ace - lovely part of the world. Just planning to do the Cantii Way (steady!), on the bike - which looks like a great way to see even more of Kent, and not that bad for hills either. Worth a look 😎 @@barneysbimbles
