The Camel Trail is flat, being an ex-railway line. You didn't mention that you left the Camel Trail quite soon and that the rest of the journey is rather hilly. 😊 It's great that you followed the back roads and avoided too much traffic. Thanks for the video. Lovely to see Cornwall again.

Sorry if I have misled anyone. I studied the map very hard to discover this bicycle "safe route" between Bodmin and Newquay, even though it is not flat at all.😄
