Bronny James’ famous father was on hand Wednesday to watch him play at the NBA draft combine.
LeBron James showed up wearing a black hoodie and sat in the second row for Bronny’s second and final scrimmage of the combine.
The NBA’s career scoring leader, his wife and daughter were frequent spectators for Bronny’s games at Southern California last season. LeBron James has said repeatedly he would like to team with his son. The four-time MVP and four-time NBA champion just completed his 21st season and could become a free agent if he opts out of his contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. But he also said following a season-ending loss to Denver that he hasn’t “given much thought lately” to playing alongside his son.
Bronny James is deciding whether to turn pro after one college season. He declared for the draft and entered the transfer portal on April 5.
Bronny James was one of the nation’s top prospects when he decided to stay near home and committed to USC last May out of Sierra Canyon School in nearby Chatsworth. But things took an unexpected turn last summer.

lol no shit he’s not a pro. He’s at the combine to hopefully become a pro. There are a handful of players on every team that play trash minutes and contribute nothing. He’s gonna get drafted and live rent free in your head the rest of your life. Have fun being a hater

You said professional basketball player. If you’re not in a professional league of any sorts then you’re not a pro, you’re an amateur. If you’re not earning monetary compensation for participating in basketball you’re not a pro, again you’re an amateur. The whole reason Bronny is at the combine is to become a pro. Should a player have the skill set to perform at that level prior to being drafted…yes it definitely helps their chances at being drafted But history has proven players have been drafted on potential alone whether it be from a long resume or in Bronny’s case, a short one. It’s a done deal he’s in, Again he will live rent free in your head..let it fuel your resentment when you play ball against those YMCA “pros” I don’t play 2K, video games are a distraction

@@selectshotsmedia 😂😂😂You’re right I only play against YMCA pros. Funny part is I really played on a high level, before the internet. When the top players in high school were ranked in Street and Smith Magazine. My point guard was the McDonald’s Game MVP in 96’, my back up Center to me was ranked #85 in the country Street and Smith. I’ve played with and against the nations top players like Felipe Lopez, Stephon Marbury, Tim Thomas, Shammgod Wells, Zendon Hamilton, Jamal Robinson, Kareem Reid, etc, etc but you’re right I don’t know the game. 😂😂😂
