wow, I know the video seems like basic beauty aesthetics but I see a story here and I'm obsessed. A story of a young, innocent and happy girl who unfortunately has become something of a jaded mess...oblivious to what the effects of the lifestyle she's living has on her. It's like around 1:00 it shows what she used to be as a girl and what she has become as a woman. It also seems at 1:50 she sees what's become of her as she's heartbroken. That'd correlate with the lyrics pretty well if this is the case. Just my take..I love her in this video and love the song

This is pretty amazing to hear from her again. I have to admit that I had never imagined that she would sing something so soft tempoed, but her look and sound changed dramatically. I recall listening to this song everyday many years ago. It was my fav song and I felt understood, even though it hurted listening to it. Got lucky and saw Candy in Korea in 2018, told her this song meant so much to me with my broken english and anxiety, got a photo with her. Even though I was with my then abusive ex at the concert, I'm happy I could see her and heard this song from her personally, sang it face to face with her. We were only a few people in a small pub, I danced with two girls on the small stage while Candy sang and watched us :) A great memory. I think I have to remember that happy days are just a smile away again.

I always come back here when I'm feeling overwhelmed and dealing with so many things at once. Just knowing we all somehow can connect to this song and just get lost in the moment singing about my pain just helps in someway better than just crying out the pain. I know there will be better days and just knowing I woke up today and took a deep breathe knowing Anxiety can't control me because I'm in control not it. I use to think weed was a drug but I'm just accepting it that I can live with it or without it but I know it's a part of me at this point and I shouldn't deny that part of me. I'm so glad a song could help me relax in someway and forget about he mental and physical pain of anxiety and depression. 💕
