at the very end when the sniper rifle bullet is fired its aimed at his head but he has a helmet so there is a 50 percent chance that he survive but since he was running and the range from the sniper rifle is sorta far it might take a little bit longer to hit him which means he will be shot in the air tank first not the head which means WE GOOD well maybe... (Big brain math)
