The US may wish to have a Chairperson of the fed system that is not also the ceo. The chair would be non executive. The ceo would be the spokesperson for the system.

I agree with Bernanke and Yellen's stance on Forward guidance. one tool that appears useful by the FED is the forward guidance strategy. When rates really start to hike, and the funds rate increases, and the banks prime rates follow suit, this will cause a signal to mortgage lenders to raise their rates too. Home owners are so used to low mortgage rates. By issuing forward guidance, this helps home owners be prepared. Real world example as evidenced by investopedia : " if the FOMC indicates that it expects to raise the federal funds rate in six months, potential homebuyers might want to get mortgages ahead of a potential increase in mortgage rates."

And please don’t tell me rates are cyclical based on markets. The FFR is virtually useless in effectively guiding the economy. QE / printing money is the new thing

Yellen is nothing but a sell out to the Establishment. Noni Prims is a whistle blower for the Large Banks, Noni used to be a Lehman Brothers International Banker. Noni held a private meeting with many Fed Board members. Janet Yellen was there. Janet continues to LIE to the public saying "everything is good now. " "The economy is good now."

Alan Greenspan wrote the playbook that Bernanke and Yellen followed. They really dont understand what inflation really is and what the effects of quantitative easing truly means for an economy.

Destiny tran indeed quantative easing should never be implemented let alone implementing 5 trillion dollars of it if the fed is allowed to buy mortage backed securities and bonds what else can it buy can it buy properties can it buy all the tech industries,food,commodities it doesnt stop . This is going to unleash inflation as the 10 year bond prices continue to fall and the dollar index continues to weaken.

exactly. The calculations don't take into account all the people that stopped looking for work. they lump partime work into the same full time data and percentages. Bottom line, Collusion is happening. They want to make sure the public is still confident in the FED and global banking system to avoid a panic!! Keep cash out of the LArge Banks!! when crisis happens they won't let you take all your money out!! during a crisis, banks close their doors, reopen and then set limits to how much fiat dollars you can take out at once.
