The bit I have struggled with in doing exactly the same as you (usually making coasters)is getting the stitching equidistant from the edge of the fabric. With coasters I have used my fabric dies to cut out the coaster after finishing stitching….but that can be tricky too. Thanks again for a very clear and informative video. You are great at showing how you experiment with the different machines.Have you seen the American Brother. Collaborative series….they show projects like you do. You should be doing this kind of collaborative work with Artspira.

I think it’s still better than hand cutting

I have the SDX125 which does not read pes files.😢. The work around is that Embrillance can create an SVG cut file from the material step to save on my computer. I import that into Canvas and then send to the machine to cut.

Yes I’ve used EE to make cut files in the past too
