Idea: Evil / secret agent who got stuck with a little girl. Has no clue about parenting but wants to be a good adoptive father.

A brother bringing up his little sister is part of my all time favourite save. He moved out as soon as he turned to a young adult and he took his sister that just became a kid. He struggled financially, but he was very hard working and loving. After graduating uni he became a secret agent and his mission was to destroy his evil mother’s gang (she was a criminal, that’s one of the reasons he left house). It was super fun to play with this story. There were many other threads and side characters. It’s been 3 years and he’s still a young adult 😂

I'm sure you've done twins before, but have you tried to make a "Brady Bunch" style home of families with multiple sets of twins? 😂 I made a family with 3 sets of twins (all teenagers) and let me tell you, it's some fun chaos. Scarred one of the twins for life though because her sister immediately died from the Murphy Bed 😳

Not sure if you’ve done this before but maybe a foster home run by an elderly couple who couldn’t have children themselves. Maybe they’re a little whimsical and free spirited. Have set ups for 5 children of all ages. I think it’d be cute to have a teen who is clean and proper and doesn’t match the vibe of the foster parents but has so much love and respect for them.

Some of my favorite families that I've built for recently are: - two best friends buy a house together to raise the one's children after bad breakups with their exes & a chance to live their joint dream of having a hobby farm & selling the delicious & beautiful products of that hard work - a married couple raising the one partner's younger sibling, the other partner's child from a previous relationship, & their child together - two adult siblings move in to their childhood home with their elderly parent, one having fallen on hard times after a job loss & unexpected pregnancy & the other returning home at the parent's invitation, with teenager in tow & a college student staying on school holidays, after the loss of their spouse & struggling to hold it together through grief & financial hardship. -Grandpa & granddaughter navigate life together in grandpa's seaside retirement bungalow after a turbulent home-life sends tween granddaughter seeking stability & love as her parents fight over who has to keeper her instead of who gets to have her with them. - single artist & his cats enjoy life on the beach in their one room, off-the-grid yurt. - single mom of a teenage daughter who bought a rundown Victorian during a lull in the real-estate market & spent years restoring it to it's former glory struggles to keep her beautiful home in a rapidly changing financial climate as cost of living skyrockets, so rather than sell up & see her dream gone, she takes on boarders to make ends meet! All single women from various walks of life, trying to get by in the expensive city that they love... they finally find their found family

My mom has a 16-year gap with her youngest sibling, so their dynamic is what I imagine for Sims living here.

I think, in regards to the new expansion, I'm definitely hoping for the ability to build apartments and/or have more than one household on a lot. Pipe dream would even be to be able to have more than one lot type on one lot (though I think I get that that would be real difficult to implement) (but still, I'm from the UK, and not being able to have people live in an apartment above their shop is so unrealistic for me). On cars though, I'm honestly at a point where I ACTIVELY DO NOT want them in the game, out of resentment for how much everything has to bend over backwards to accomodate cars IRL, and in the Sims 3, and I like the fact that S4's not had to do that.

What an adorable build!! One of my longest played households was an older brother raising his sister and I was ADDICTED to playing them for like a year straight, might have to revisit them in this cute little place 💛💛

I think a mult generational (aunt/uncle/grandparents/parents/kids) apartment would be interesting. I think it would be cool in one of those giant apartments since they are so big and just doing like more cultural representation would be nice :)

hello Tanya, I have 2 ideas for you! :) first one is a really cozy, autumnal Hogsmeade!! in the same lot, a few shops representing hogsmeade stores. hogsmeade is the most cozy and autumnal thing for me!! I am sure you would rock it! second one, how about a family home with the items you NEVER use? you are not allowed to use your favorite items, you will only go for the things you are never using. it would be interesting!!!

Maybe my style is just really eclectic, but I like putting in a traditional mirror in a modern space... I also love to put the leaning mirrors up on top of fireplaces and pretend that they're mounted like that

Maybe their parents passed and had some inherited or gifted wealth that neither they or the kids knew about so the brother and sister were able to get a fancier apartment than they're used to! They've always lived quietly and on the line of poverty at times, but a family raised on good ideals finally had their good deads brought back to them in some capacity!

okay backstory time: the brother is 27, called Noah, just out of university/college and is working as a kindergarten teacher. He got him and his sister out of an abusive foster home, and the agency or whatever paid off his student loans and with that money, he was able to buy a nice apartment for them. the sister is 9, named Zoe, and she's in grade 4 at the school he works at. she has a passion for music and loves the colour purple, and her best friend Kelly is always coming over after school to do crafts. Noah loves kids, and works a side job babysitting, and sometimes he brings his sister along. they are very happy together, and share everything with each other.

would love to see an angels vs demons occult pack, idk what it would be called but could be cool to see, would also love to see zombies make a return aswell as fairies and maybe an update to mermaids so they can do more things

Hmmm could be because of the postcards the parents travel around the world and the daughter is being taken care of by her brother while they travel so maybe she just spends a week to a month with her brother

If you think about it, IF they do add cars, they'd have to rework the whole map every single world. Since there are a lot of places cars can't really go it was most likely meant to just be walkable. Think about Ts2 where they had driveways connected to roads (it's been few years since I played, so I'm not entirely sure.) I honestly don't care if they add cars.
