I went canyoning in France on a school trip and OMG was the water cold. It was like ICE! I did all the slides and all the jumps, was terrified but felt good after it. I even had contacts in and lost 1 but had the other in xD

Oli you have no idea how much that helped me. I have been having the same issue and I have reached the point where I hide everything about me and avoiding wearing bathing suits because I have stretch marks. What you said about your weight and everything has made me feel beautiful again. I'm still going to work on losing weight but just having you, someone that I look up to, say that I should feel good about how I like no matter what has made me feel more confident and beautiful again. Thank you so much Oli for giving me that feeling back.

Oli we are really proud of you ! I know that sometimes it's really hard to feel confident with your body, I just started gaining confidence and starting liking my body and it feels so good. I also posted a photo of me in a bikini on instagram and I was really not sure of wether I should post it or not but when I finally posted it loads of people left really nice comments on how I looked. So don't worry we will support you during this process and we love you the way you are ♥ ♥

I'm new to your channel so I was surprised that someone who looks as fit as you has body insecurities. I have struggled with weight my whole life and recently lost 100lbs.
