Ingredients for 500 gm loaf:
Water 3/4 cup (190 ml)
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Salt 3/4 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Whole wheat flour(atta) 1 cup (110 gm)
Refined flour (maida) 1 cup (140 gm)
Milk powder 2 & 1/2 tablespoons (20 gms)
Instant yeast 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
For 1000 gm loaf double all the ingredients.
