Ignorant. Bandwagon has nothing to do with it. Both PSY and BEG are Korean artists, so if you'd ask anyone in Korea, obviously it's the Abracadabra hip swing. However, PSY went international, therefore people from around the world are gonna associate this move with him and Gentleman. Regardless, the fact that Gain is in the damn music video sort of gives the due credit. Friggin haters. What do you even care? Let people think what they will. Both PSY and BEG are epic.

I'm happy about this. Brown Eyed Girls have worked hard to get to where they are today and when I heard that PSY bought the rights to their dance I didn't know what to say. I'm happy that this was uploaded so that people that only came to listen to PSY's new song know where the dance really is from. Thank you to YG Entertainment, PSY and BEG

The fact that it says ORIGINAL on the title may have something to do with that, maybe? XD PSY already said that he'd use their dance for Gentleman, never said the opposite. This is just a "dance cover" for the "original" one that was used on Gentleman too. xD

The last part IS WHY HE DID IT. He actually has said this interviews, the idea was to use to popularity of his songs in the U.S. to highlight some great K-pop artists that don't have as much. That is LITERALLY why he used this dance.
