It's a really unhealthy diet, tons of white rice, red meat, protein shakes (lots contain metal), eggs ... yes the protein is good but not what it comes with

Torkel Ravndal (1936-2004), was a famous strongman from Norway, known as europe's strongest man, until the mid 80s fun fact, in 1976 he visited minnesota and deadlifted 402,5 kg, his diet was INSANE and probaply expensive. 16 litre's full fat milk 25 egg's 2 entire rye bread's 2 steak's 10 potatoe's (boiled) Alot of vegetable's.
