2 cups of mashed sweet potato (sweet potato)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cups of chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup of Agave Honey or any other natural sweetener
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius
Cook for approximately 25 minutes
For the Vegetable Cream of Walnuts and Banana
1/2 Cups of Walnuts
1/2 Cup of Bananas
