Friends, hello everyone. Today we will prepare a very popular dessert Brownie.
Our Brownie will be without sugar and without white flour.
3 medium sized apples.
1 tablespoon corn flour.
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
Baking pan 6 inches/15 cm in diameter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 20-25 minutes.
2.5 oz (70 g) sugar-free chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in any convenient way. And add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the melted chocolate.
The result is a very tasty and healthy brownie without sugar.
