Brownies in a cup | easy fudgy brownie recipe | Simple Way Of Making The Chocolate Brownies..🍫
Ingredients :
1/2 cup - Brown sugar
1/2 cup - Cake flour
2 tsp - Butter
02 - Eggs
150 g - Dark chocolate
01 tsp - Vanilla essence
pinch a Salt
Instructions :
1. First make the melted chocolate syrup -
take a little water in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer.
In the meantime cut the dark chocolate (150g) into small pieces and place them in a heat resistant bowl.
Now place the bowl on top of the simmering water making sure that the bottom of the bowl isn’t touching the water.
Then add 2tsp of butter to the bowl. Now mix the chocolate and butter together until melts.
After the chocolate completely melts and becomes smooth, take it off the heat and let it cool.
2. spread a cups with butter.
3. Then preheat your oven at 350℉ (180℃).
4. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder. Mix well.
5. Then in a large bowl add the brown sugar.
6. Now add 2 eggs and mix properly using a hand whisk.
7. When the mixture is a little creamy add the salt , vanilla essence and the cooled chocolate and butter mixture (chocolate syrup).
Mix everything well The batter will have a thicker consistency.
8. Finally, add the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder mixer) into the bowl and carefully fold them
using a spatula.
9. Now pour the batter into the prepared baking cups.
Bake it in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.(180℃)
When your brownie is baked take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
