Hey, Jerry..good to see you! It's Wendy. :) I actually had gastric bypass myself! (12/12/16).. I don't regret it..so far it's been a life saver for me. I made a few videos of my journey..I haven't updated in a long time..(I need to make a new update.) The reason I chose the bypass over the sleeve was because 1: it is reversible if something went horribly wrong. The sleeve isn't reversible because they actually remove most of the stomach. 2: when they bypass a portion of your intestines it changes your metabolic system and hormones..it changes your "weight set point" and basically gives you a new start metabolically..which was what I really needed. He has a lot of good info!
