Shu Shu Vs Inoue would be an ideal matchup…eventually. Gotta remember that Inoue is on a 21 world title fight streak and will likely extend that to 23 after he beats Nery and Goodman at 122. That means Shu Shu need to claim one of the world featherweight titles in his next 2 fights before he can fight Inoue. Inoue doesn’t fight any warm up fights when moving up weight class because he goes for the top dog of the division and then goes through the next best fighter. Guys like Ford and Espinoza who have entertained a fight against the monster have the opportunity to do so in Inoue 1st fight at Featherweight (But Ford may be the odd one out as he mentioned in his interviews that he want to move up to 130). The American boxing fans and community really need to apply pressure on Ford to stay at 126 because he’s the lone American world champion that could get Inoue to fight his first world title fight in the featherweight division in America (which many of us would love to see).
