He was a black belt under founding grandmaster Ed Parker several students were looking for more Street realism and left and trained with Bruce Lee. That's what fascinated me as a young boy was Bruce Lee's incredible speed. So I used to practice to be lightning fast like Bruce Lee and I never went out looking for fights but I never lost any fights either and I got in to a fight with 4 college guys one night that kept harassing me and I gave them an incredibly fast Bruce Lee style lesson on what happens when you are being stupid idiots and all four of them went to the hospital with shattered broken noses and missing teeth and I never got punched at all. Have taken wingchun classes which gave me a insight into how good Bruce Lee may have been. My teacher was incredible devoted his life to the art. If you want to understand how good Bruce Lee was,maybe join a martial arts class and mess around with a good teacher.

Bruce Lee technique was not much difficult it can learn any person but you need to understand its lil bit hard work on it but with better practices you can get these energies and power and speed in your body... first you will do practice to hard your body parts like hands fingers elbow shoulders thighs etc so when it hit anything if they are not strong enough they will be break down because what you going to do next training its work like bullet speed so these parts must be hard and tough for hit.... otherwise it will be broken ofcourse they can broken others but they will also break yourself parts too... so when you done this work the next practice line and length accuracy.... so next practice must be on line and length accuracy so when you decided to hit other person face or hands or any parts then your hit must be go in same direction because your speed will be work like bullet so if they go in wrong direction then may be its maje harm your parts so your part must be hit in accurate position so safely come back in same position... the next training is to gain your parts speed... you never get full speed of your part till you use it like in loose condition.... like if you hit anyone normally that hit power for example 25 but if you hit like in loose mode then its power go to increased like 50 to 70 percent.... so this is important thing which you learn and this ability you will only get when you make accurate your all thibgs together first your eye speed that which space is empty for hit safe and sound second when you hit with loose condition then it will hit accurate line and length third after hit that part it will come back safe and sound... so three things work together... if you hit anyone with strongly and not loose condition then your speed must be low and other person understand and safe himself ut if u use this loose technique its work immediately with full of speed.... so these are the techniques of Bruce Lee but one and last very important that is call bullet speed... when you are master in other practices then next is your running practice you will make any statue for training and then you decide where you will hit then make lil bit distance and run fast and hit that part but before you hit that part you must noticed your position so put that position in your mind and now the next last step is you stand in front of that statue again and make your position in same style when you were running last movement before hit it... when you make that position then you think in your mind that your are running from distance very fast and now you hit that part of the statue and when you attack on him from that position it will be called bullet speed...and that is called Bruce Lee technique.... and its need practice practice practice all the time of your parts your bones your muscles your accuracy and your all things same timing because if you want this speed then it take time to make accurate all practices same timing in your mind.. if you do one mistake and timing mismatch then u must understand it will be harmful for your part it can make damage or broke it... so in safe and sound come back same position practice u must learn if next person take defense then how your part will not be damage... so your bones must be strongs too because if aeroplane got speed and its parts not much strongs then it becomes into parts....so make your parts strong like your hands your feets and use them for hit like weight and your arms and your legs use like a thread... so put in your mind when u tight any thing with threads and throw to anyone and pull back that way your hands and feets will work...but accuracy and timing are more important and Bruce Lee did that.... same like Michael Jackson....what was the qualities of the Michael Jackson that is he can use different body parts at the same time... like normally our mind give the order to one body part at one time but he cannot pass the 4 orders to 4 directions that left hand do this right hand do this left feet to this right feet do this etc so its all will work with practices the same timing and accuracy because our mind give one order to one part and put it on cycle or loop...and the other part other order and put it on loop or cycle third order do other 4th do other so it can blink in all parts different directions order and u can take speed it up with practices and timing then you can do accurate movment because he remember that orders of his body like a lesson like first step first order to that part first loope second order second part loop now third order third part move like this on repeat loope now go 4th order that part loop now now change in 2nd order new order that parts move like this and order work like bullet speed and he did that in front of public easily also uses his senses to fix that movement with listening music and beats also he can singing too so he called Michael Jackson
