Greatest martial arts movie ever made. The Choreography and acting from Lee is brilliant and it was made 50 years ago! There still hasn't been much made since in the martial arts genre that can top it. It was the first time he had full creative control over the fight scenes and the story line and he produced this masterpiece. Imagine what he would of made once he gained some experience!! His facial expressions during the fights and the camera angles and his skill with the nunchaku to actually look like contact was being made was brilliant. Lee was a brilliant actor/choreographer/writer not to mention arguably the most skillful martial artist to ever be caught on film and in 1972 possibly the all round fittest and most highly trained human on the planet.

He changed the Western world. EVERY.... and I mean every kid, in countries across the world wanted to be Bruce Lee. Kung Fu "schools" were popping up everywhere and every bloody teacher had the name "Lee" somewhere in their own names. (As if to show they were somehow related). The scammers were cashing in on the Jeet Kune Do name as well. Every martial artist, no matter what style they used, all of a sudden was teaching JKD Kung Fu. A lot of people got rich off Bruce Lee. But no one came close to his speed and power. As technology advanced we were able to look at his kicks and punches in slow-mo, but with HD quality. There was no "trick photography" or special FX being used. It was just Lee being the fastest kicker and punch thrower ever born. I was 15 when I saw "Way of the Dragon" and now at 62, I still love watching his perfection. (Here's some trivia for you. Adidas named Chuck Norris' shoes "Rome" in honour of the fight scene. Again, every school kid had to own a pair of Romes back in the 1970s)

*** Nae, my lil' Geeezus, thou art wrong. The simple fact that Bruce disnae carry out his gesture or his blows in their entirety makes 'hem sterile and ineffective. So, nae valid results. The dynamics of his movement art nae executed in full, so his punches art nae effective. Normally, when he gives a Tsuki, his arm should penetrate the body of his opponent, 35 cm inside the stomach, as if his arm were passing through the body from side to side. And the simple fact of controlling himself, of not carrying out the gesture as he should carry it out, his blows have no value at all. But ye cannie understand. Ye're just a poor little Westerner... And all that is just cinema fer lil' Westerners like thee... The goal is nae tae hit, but tae kill ! D'ye understand me baby ?

Bruce Lee moves at 12:59 , 20:02 are used by UFC fighters and champions of today like champions like jon Jones and israel adesanya. That question mark kick helped adesanya to secure ko to brunson, those calf kicks and oblique kicks at 20:02 are like of jon Jones style which has helped him to win more than 12 world titles in UFC.

22:49 Chuck should have stopped when Bruce moved his head like saying “don't fight anymore”. I guess, this was about not surrendering. When they talked about their roles in this film, Chuck said to Bruce "ah, you want to beat the world champion". Bruce replied "no, I want to kill the world champion". So there it is.
