Sir, I made this amazing meal last night for the family. All I can say is that it was amazing. My 15 year old son is usually pretty leary of new flavors. He is begging me to make it again. Bruce you inspired me to get me a Blackstone. I love this thing. Mine is like a 28 inch and we have done Fajita’s and smash burgers and steak. I still prefer the charcoal for a steak but the Fajitas and stir fry and burgers the Blackstone is hard to beat.

Im Icelandic. I grew up in Kansas, Texas, and Alabama. Let you tell you something. This real cooking. Id just leave the crawfish and shrimp til about last. Thats the only difference id do. But let me tell yall something. Ive had endless food like this. And i moved out of America back to Iceland. And i still cook and eat like this. This is real food.where is the hot sauce?

Bruce we were raised in a different time thank God. We were brought to eat anything turtle, gator, frog, duck, deer, wild hog, dove, snipe. I ate what was on the table l wish you told my pappy you ain't eating what momma put down veggie and all. Bruce you the cats meow at cooking I'm hungry just watching thank you.

Looking good Bruce. Great job. i used to make mine with rice but it throws my diabetes out of wack every time i do so i substituted premade slaw kit/mix instead. I'll use pork sausage, bacon, smoked sausage, shrimp and egg into the mix. never make it the same way twice but it turns out good every time. gonna have to try and find some mud bug and try it. thanks for sharing.

Give the Cauliflower rice a try. It's not terrible and doesn't change the flavor much at all.
