A longtime college bb fan, but afar from SEC country. A few comments to add. It's now approaching four decades since the addition of the 3-point circle found everywhere now. What a blessing to the game we love! Really?? Here we have two "power conference" (and ranked) teams in a rivalry matchup that choose to attempt 48 (yes, 48) three-point shots through the course of 40 minutes and are successful FIVE times. Do loyal fans truly enjoy paying good $$ to see this? Since the SEC is firmly among the "power leagues", should they have more to entertain us with? With about one month to go before "Championship weeks", I'd be pleased to see a few more teams from below "power status" be considered for at-large tournament selections. At present, the A-10, CAA, Sunbelt, and Conference USA may have emerging candidates for a shot in the field this year. (FL Atlantic - CUSA may be nearing a spot with or without being conference tourney champ) Of course the Vols and Auburn are tourney locks, but no problem if they keep laying bricks on national TV.

When a man is shown a picture taken in his own living room with his arm around a recruit (that was not allowed to be there) and then lies and said he doesn't know where that picture is from..... then that is a man that can't be trusted. I'm a Tennessee graduate and huge Vol fan. I would rather lose than win due to bad calls like Alabama. The SEC protects its highly ranked teams because the conference only cares about the money. They've never cared about doing the right thing. We fouled that kid in three different ways on the last shot. He should have gotten 9 free throws. It wasn't just that one play though. Plavsich should have been ejected twice for flagrant fouls, and the five second call on the in-bounds play when the refs gave Barnes a time out after about 6.5 seconds was ridiculous. The ref had already counted to five and then gave Tennessee another second and a half before awarding Barnes the time out. Only an Alabama fan could take joy in a tainted win like this one. This game was very similar to the game Alabama "won" in football vs. Texas last season. I'd rather lose than win like this.

A player has the right to completely follow through on a shot. He moved forward towards Green as he was shooting. Doesn’t matter that the defender stood there with his arms up. He impeded the offensive player from finishing the shot. Confirmed on replay

NBA Sucks brother because of BS rules like being able to kick your legs out .. plus in college they play defense. I’d love to see your shot if you think that is a natural shooting motion ,😂😂probably look like you trying do high knees or something that aint basketball

The refs also missed the moving screen call that would have nullified the shot anyway...... so to say AU was cheated is a little out of context.
