Bruce Peninsula Camping Trip

This is our camping trip to the Bruce Peninsula of summer 2023 with our family, friends, and dogs, We hiked to the Grotto, Overhanging Point, and Lion's Head and visited Flower Pot Island, and kayaked in Georgian Bay. We also visit the great town of Tobermory and enjoyed the awesome food and the small shops. I will provide you with some planning tips and tricks so that you are able to enjoy this trip as much as we did. Enjoy

Love seeing your dogs. We were thinking about making the trip to the Bruce Peninsula with our goldendoodle. Can the dogs ride on the tour boats? Do restaurants let you dine on their decks? How did your dogs handle the terrain? We were thinking about doing a backcountry camping night too.

I was also worried about taking our dogs out to Bruce Peninsula but the both did great, keep in mind that they had to be leached most of the time but we did give them a break once in while. For your questions, I know the Blue Heron boat tour accept dogs, they were very good with our dogs. We only did a few restaurants and the were also very good with them and even brought them water. Both dogs handled the difficult terrain very well, we did keep them on a leach most of the time but when there was some climbing we would let them go on there one, it was safer that way. We also do a lot of backcountry with our dogs and the love it, both of them are also Goldendoodles. I had no regrets bring the dogs. Thanks for watching.
