Springsteen at Glastonbury, he was so good that the organiser paid the fine for the show over running out of his own pocket. The greatest show ever at Glastonbury he said.

i was there that year and have always been a bit of a springsteen fan, not massively but you know i like a few of his songs then i saw him headline glastonbury and he was just amazing. Stood there for 3 hours just loving it.

On this day in 1984 {June 28th} at the St. Paul Civic Center the video of Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing In The Dark" was shot... It peaked at #2 {for 4 weeks} on Billboard's Hot Top 100 chart, thus becoming Bruce's highest charted single record... Was the first of seven tracks from "Born in the U.S.A" album to make the Billboard's Top 10 chart... And is there anyone alive out there who doesn't know that Courtney Cox appears in the video???

One thing I don't like about Glastonbury is the crowd is too far from the stage , even the drummer from u2 said the same ! Loses the atmosphere for me .Bruce is still great though
