I can only imagine if Yukako had Harmon, because we've seen that Harmon can be transmitted through hair and Stands and since Harmon can make even the most mundane objects deadly weapons I can imagine that if Yukako DID have Harmon that it would basically make her stretch-hair into blades and be able to shoot even deadlier hairs far faster (think Young Joseph with his scarf-strands), and it's not like she'd run out of ammo either. I don't know who'd be able to teach her Harmon but I don't think it's impossible as you can learn Harmon yourself without learning Sendo (though it isn't nearly as effective) or be naturally born able to use it (like Caesar), so maybe there could be someone in Morioh who was born being able to use Harmon that she could teach her some of the basics.

I have this theory, that heroic souls pass over as stands that awaken in people with the same ideals as the former ''hero''. in example, Star Platinum is Jonathan Joestar, because both of them were the only ones able to defeat Dio, and Bruford's goal as a knight was to protect the queen, the one he loved, and Love Deluxe possibly awakened because destiny was meant for her to fall in love with Koichi, and was given the ability to protect him.

Let's also not forget Yukako's ability to plant her hair on someone else's head, like she did to Koichi. I believe she could use that as a means to try to neutralize Bruford's own hair abilities, which would further increase her advantage.

I mean, we don't know where he got this ability from, he has strong will, is a tallented warrior, so he might as well have a Stand.

Aren't we forgetting here that Brudford is a vampire, and that he has better body manipulation than Yukako and doesn't necessarily have to hair fight with Yukako in order to win. Though in terms of overall being a Yandere, Brudford would be licking Yukako's heel Victorian style.

Bruford can cut the hair. While Yukako can regrow it, if Bruford cuts parts that are about to attack him, they'll fail to attack him. He can cut away Yukako's attacks. And he's a Zombie, Yukako doesn't have Hamon...yeah...(DIO had a stand, I think that's why he could be harmed by star platinum (damage through the world) as the world is not a zombie/vampire/pillar man, it's a stand, so it can still die to attacks that can't kill vampires, so DIO can die from the world dying to non-lethal attacks.)

It was stated that Bruford's hair strangled his executioner at the moment of his death. So he didn't gain his hair control ability by being revived by Dio. He gained it at the moment of his original death, when he was decapitated. Tarkus gained his monster strength in the same way. Anyway, I think the obvious winner in this fight should be Bruford. Yukako seems to have greater strength and control over her hair than Bruford does over his but then again, Bruford is a zombie and zombies in JoJo can only be killed by Hamon or just direct sunlight. Yukako isn't a Hamon user, so if she can't use sunlight in her favor Bruford wins, simple as that. It doesn't matter that Love Deluxe is a powerful Stand (let's say strong enough to strangle and restrain Star Platinum or a similar Stand), it just can't kill the undead. Also it doesn't matter that she's strongwilled enough to make Koichi's Echoes (or possibly other Stands) have no effect on her because Bruford's powers are not derived from a Stand. Also Bruford has his sword with which he would likely be able to cut off her hair no problem. He's just a waaaay more capable warrior (and I mean more capable as in "more experienced as a knight, having underwent rigorous knight training i.e. passed through the challenge of the 77 rings, being physically stronger and a decent tactician himself", while Yukako is just a temperamental schoolgirl with a strong Stand), is armed with a sword AND cannot be killed unless it's by Hamon or sunlight. I don't see Yukako winning here. Unless, again, she can expose Bruford into sunlight. But then again, Bruford is the better tactician, so this fight is more or less in Bruford's terms. He can draw her underwater (as he tried to do with Jonathan), he can cut off her hair and impale her with his sword, and so on. If she was a Hamon user, she would win easily by just sending Hamon through her hair, but she isn't so she losses. *Bruford may have "inferior hair power" but he is the better tactician, has superhuman strength and stamina AND is swinging a sword.*

A 500 year old, aged in the context of him fighting Yukako in 1999, reanimated zombie who was an expert swordsman and skilled warrior even against some of the greatest warriors 16th century Europe could throw at him with the innate ability of being able to control his hair like some form of third arm or tentacle vs a perfectly normal human 16 year old high school student with zero athleticism, combat abilities, or anything notable in that range and has bad stalkerish issues and anger issues with the only positive+ being that she can control her hair like a third arm or tentacle but without out the bloodsucking part. Gee I wonder who's gonna win.
