Voglio anche ricordare che l anno scorso avendo fatto un utile di gran lunga maggiore rispetto a quanto credeva (parliamo di decine di milioni di euro) ha dato ai suoi dipendenti 3500 euro come premio produzione a fine anno. Una grande azienda, un grande uomo

I wonder how much he pays his workers and what he keeps for himself with respect to humanity and beauty. Although very exclusive and high quality he seems to have succeeded in this level of business the price pointsare extremely ridiculous

Let’s be fair here. Even if he paid his workers $28 an hour with full benefits, you would still stay he’s greedy and they need to be payed more ...

My best friend works for him in Chicago. He pays VERY well and they get bonuses as well. He also provides healthcare and paid holidays. He is very well respected. The models for his catalogs are all employees too.
