So sad MJ died in 2009 literally less than a year before Bruno got famous. I'm sure Michael would've dug him, and they could've worked together on some amazing music too.

Not sure but I think MJ's dead is one of the conditions of Brunos Mars's famous. Remember how many times per day people even talk about MJ before his announcement about his last concert? I just knew he was still alive about 15 years ago. Before that even though I watch his music videos from CD a lot and even dance along sometime since I was 9 but I thought he belongs to generations ago like Elvis. (of course no internet for me back then and Tivi only have 5 channels in my country) My point is: MJ's dead when practicing for his concert make him famous once again and Brunos kind of follow MJ step so he got noticed.

For everybody hating on Bruno saying he's mocking MJ, just watch a video titled "Bruno Mars: Love & Respect For Michael Jackson" and realize how much respect Bruno has for Michael. MJ is Bruno's idol, his first concert ever was MJ's history tour in Hawaii when he was just 12 years old.

Gabriel Escobar Just for this reason Bruno Mars is great...He' s the musical heir of MJ, that inspired the way he sings, moves, and performs, he looks like MJ in the "Off the wall" days, but he has also his own original style (If he hadn't, he would be just an imitation). Of course BM doesn't want to replace MJ. MJ is irreplaceable

You don't see singers like Adam Lambert trying to replace Freddie Mercury as a Queen frontman now that he has the opportunity to performed with Brian May and Roger Taylor, that's impossible. MJ and Freddie are legends, no one can replace them. I liked Bruno and i appriciate his talent. If there's an MJ biopic, i think Bruno would be great for the role. Just have Bruno be himself, that's the best way and most comfortable way for him to showcase his talent. MJ would've defintely be proud for what Bruno has become right now

Podrán salir otros artistas que imiten,tengan buena voz y técnicas de baile , pero MJ no solo era eso , el corazón de un artista , la perfección que buscaba en todo lo que hacia y su sufrimiento por todo lo que había padecido de niño. Siempre sera el Rey del pop e hizo mucho bien.

Es bueno que Bruno realice trubutos Michael, como el gran fan que es de Michael, al igual que muchos de nosotros. Sin embargo, no hay comparación, MJ es la perfección, y por más que se engañen los fans de Bruno, no está cerca, ni en el estilo, ni en la voz, ni en el carísma, ni en el baile, etc. El mismo Bruno lo sabe y lo ha comentado. Por favor, fans de Bruno, tomen clases, traten de escuchar, no de oir simplemente, investiguen, no digan la primer babosada que se les viene a la mente.

realmente Michael jackson como musico es mejor que Bruno Mars pero Bruno tiene mejor color de voz que Michael Pero Michael manejaba notas mas altas ademas se sus coreografias y el espectaculo que brindaba si era mejor que bruno pero sin duda Bruno es el mas cercano en voz a Michael y en si ambos son muy buenos musicos n.n

Michael is a king and is a legend and so is Bruno. He is leading this generation to show how talented guys nowadays could be. He serves as an inspiration but it's obvious than Bruno loves Michael. He is not trying to outdo what Michael has reached. He is just showing the world how talented he is as an artist. To be honest when it comes to talent in singing, Bruno is better than Michael. When Michael got old, he already lost his voice. Bruno is already in his 30s and still has got that very powerful vocals. In dancing though, Michael is the one and only.

For those of you who are saying he's making fun of him are just ridiculous because the last few videos are sketches on SNL so it is meant to be funny. But if there is any musician that would ever come close to the level of M.J would be Bruno Mars, plus he's only been here for almost 5 years people! Give him more credits! P.S I love M.J!

Bruno Mars idolizes mj, but that does not mean we should compare them of which is great or who can beat whom, because Michael is Michael, Peter is Peter. Both sides have their own talents. Btw, I'm a fan of both. 💕
