I decided to take a camera and document my latest house flip. This one is an acreage that has been neglected for a few years. Lots of work ahead but it'll be a nice place when it's done.

Might have been a good project to hire an excavator to dig a 10’ wide 8’ deep 40-50’ long burn trench in the wet area. Once the burning was done, you could bury a bunch of concrete & steel.

It’s to bad Kubota can’t make a front mounted flail mower. Something similar to a front mounted snowblower!

Certainly appears to have great potential based on your first tour. You're right to take it slow. Damaging equipment is all too easy to do if you encounter rubble. The equipment shed, if enclosed, would make a great shop if you are able to provide natural light. Continued success.......

Property around here like that goes quick; not bad as is, but improvements mentioned will pay off. You may be getting irrigation runoff in the low area and there are ways of dealing with it, we have it on two of our farms. Just the right tractor for your uses, we have four Kubotas 22 to 85HP with grapples, rotary cutters etc.; thinking of adding a 2601 next year.
