If you describe by speaking then it would be better than your music. And why did you use transformer? Although cooler pump use 230 volt AC.

Transformer is used for isolation from mains to avoid electric shock if any of the terminals comes into contact with your body. Both terminals will have floating voltage. Secondly he rewound the motor with thicker wire, not suitable with 220V, so it was stepped down by transformer. The factory made motor is optimized for 230V supply, not this home made one.
