I fly a 1/12th scale Mustang, .25 DBBL, 9x6 prop, 15% fuel, 4 channels. This thing is so fast that I comfortably fly it at 30% power. It will do every maneuver in the book. It will climb straight up till you turn it. Built from plans, balsa and light ply. Regular iron on covering. This plane is 10+ years old. The plane is designed for a .15,. I beefed up the design a little to handle the .25. Here in Michigan, I build during the winter, fly in the summer. Flying is the most fun you can have with your pants on. LOL

I did some stuff to make it so I could buy this tonight. Banggood says the sale goes off tomorrow, so I wanted to get it at ~$115. Cool, so far so good. But I get to the checkout and the only shipping option costs 84 dollars. This is me trying really hard to avoid cursing on y'all's channel. I didn't refrain from cursing at them on twitter, however.

@@TheRcSaylors I've been desperately trying t figure out how to select some other choice than Expedited Shipping (which is 86+ dollars). There simply is no way to do it. At the top of the item before you click to checkout, it says free to USA over 49.99, but that does not pan out. It's 86 dollars full stop. I have to pay 204+ to get it. Thanks for trying to help. I really was looking forward to buying this one. Eh, life happens.

Before you move the left stick up and down to ready the plane you can reverse the rudder by holding the left stick to the left till you hear a beep ....the same for the elevators by holding the right stick to the right till you hear a beep. When it is the way you want it to work then move your throttle up and down for take off.

I love war birds. You're right, very easy to see orientation even on camera. Many times it's difficult to tell orientation on camera on other planes you showcase. I can't wait to see a total beginner series of yours. Seems like a good choice! Great price too for the size.

For those who don't know, the P51 Mustang Red tail was an all black fighter squadron from WWII. Therefore, I have to call out this manufacturer, and call on all companies who make these planes, to honor these RedTail pilots, to paint these men in their proper color. Those brave men, even though they had to endure sometimes horrific racial inequalities, they still wanted to fight and even die, for their freedom and yours. I had the honor to meet one of these fine gentlemen when I lived in Florida I wish that I had written down his name. Please give them the respect they deserve. Please support your local Veterans in your area how ever you can! Please support this channel!

one thing id like to add about this plane to your viewers nate. if you snap a blade off.take off the opposite blade it flies great as a 2 bladed prop . AND faster.

Can reverse servos. Before you arm the moter pull stick fully right hold or full up for 4 . 5. Seconds till beep now u have reversed the servo.🎉 Then arm moter

Hear a lot of pilots bitching about the rudder on these models ,that it doesn't centre .only centers in expert mode .the gyro centers the rudder after the fuselage has turned towards desired direction ( it does self centre give left rudder turn fuselage to left rudder now straigh. Hope this is some use to someone

I ordered one. eBay. That was the only place I could find one. Marked and sold as RTF. It WAS NOT!The rudder and elevator servos were there and installed. The a aileron servo was just thrown in there. NOT INSTALLED. And the control arm for the servo was not the correct one for it. The clevis for one aileron was broken from factory. I contacted the seller. They said it was on EXHOBBY. Who had them assembled and shipped. They refuse to work with me. I paid $199 plus $65 shipping for something I have zero confidence in flying because it wasn’t RTF. I’m lost and don’t know what to do now. I have the full warbird series from Volantex/eachines/EXhobby, I love them all. They were all perfect. This one though. I wish I had my money back. I love your reviews. But this one left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I wish someone could help me out on this.

Clear out your spare room. I am coming to stay the rest of the winter with you. lol. Cold snap headed our way. The high for Wendsday is supposed to be 14 degrees. Then back up to 40 by Saturday. I doubt that but the cold temps are pretty much here now. That's a really nice plane. I would enjoy that plane. Right now I have no extra money coming in. That's typical for me this time of year. Hopefully they will still have those by Spring. If not, that's fine. Good Video.

@@TheRcSaylors I went through the whole order process, It never said this any where as far as I could see; even after I searched for it on each page.. It only said "eligible for free shipping !" in the shopping cart. Then when I went to checkout, it added $86. I took a chance and placed the order. My bank showed that I was charged $204.43 (which included the $86). I was told by BangGood that they can't change or refund the shipping cost, even though the shopping cart said ""eligible for free shipping !". After providing them with screenshots and further discussion, they escalated this issue and promised to get back to me in 2-4 hours.

Not all - some aircraft have counter clockwise rotating props. Particularly older, British built aircraft

I would like to see some FPV racing or freestyle 3inch or 5 inch quads, i thank it would bring in alot more viewer's, i have the 3inch CYGNET3 Pro, 4s 850mah Lipo, 1080P60fps HD, i love the sport, im saving up for the 5 inch Iflight Nagzul5 5 inch quad this spring, really relaxing sport, i live in a really small and borrowing town, i started watching your guys videos when i first got into drones, saved my life, lifes rough, gotta have alittle fun in this short life we live, I've had the gps drones it got borrowing, nothin like flying 100mph and flipping, just wanted to thank you for helpin me find a great hobby by you introducing me to drones, i learned alot from your videos!!! I have this P51 here in Australia and it is great but would recommend putting a hobby king motor in that comes from the 900mm British Hawker tempest has more grunt (power). Unfortunately, not sure in all remotes if I go full right or left on the sticks the controls reverse. Other than that great plane but not the cheapest in AUD $

Nate, I was amazed that the plane you reviewed is the one I just bought last week. Volantex makes a great 6 axis self leveling receiver that gives you more control while in the stabilized modes. I'm so glade you decided to review it. Thanks! BTW, when I saw your link was for Banggood I was surprised because along with the price you listed they charge an addition US$86.21 for shipping which brings the cost to over $200. I bought my RTF 768-1 for $118.99 with free shipping out of New York. You know why Banggood would charge so much for shipping within the US?

I BOUGHT this plane but the engine will shut down mid flight for a few seconds and then it would eventually come back.... was this normal? I ended up crashing too many times due to that and just retired the plane.

FYI - As of yesterday, Jan. 6th, the price is US$109.99 with shipping at ~20 +/- a few dollars. I just bought one after I saw that they dropped the ridiculous $86 shipping charge.

Where do you get this plane for $120.00?. Banggood wants over $200 for rtf and i do not trust this company.

We have it linked where we got ours in our video description box and pinned comment usually. Thing is, prices fluctuate and lately they've gone up just like most things in the last six months or more. Check the video upload date and you can see why the prices are higher now 😉⚓

I was wondering the same thing. Dang it😣😔. Was so disappointed when I've clicked the link and $220 popped up. Although the PNP version is $138. But I don't have a transmitter. Hence why I was wanting an RTF.

The RC Saylor's glug explanation break it down Nate I like it when Abby fly's it show you that anybody can fly she's also a pretty good basher she ramped the whole street pretty cool guys if I was there it would have been a blast what are those wooden planks you put your planes on what are they made for they look pretty old and worn from the rain

I think I just found my first plane I’ve been wanting to get one and one of my buddies keeps telling me I need to get one I’ve been into more RC racing and bashing but always admired his planes.
