Really? I had no idea he played with Abbath. Though that would explain that setup. He really swears by that tom configuration lol, even on a double bass kit. He did the same thing when he was filling in for Frost in 1349.

Abbath was an original member of Immortal, and has written some of the most iconic anthems of the genre (Tyrants, Cursed Realms of the Winterdemons, One By One, Withstand the Fall of Time, etc.) so yeah he IS pretty fucking black metal actually
