@@alexislecarb Well, it depends on your taste but related to trips, you could film yourself doing different TET stages; related to bikes you could review the KTM’s against other big bikes; related to your adventure experience, some kind of how-to videos with riding tips, camping tips, etc. You have a very nice filming style and very good sense of humor!

Will run lean now didn't see the o2 sensor in mid pipe good idea to keep them in for different altitude s so ECU Can adjust fuel and air too keep from running to lean and cooking engine

Will need extra fuel now at different rpms with a free flowing exhaust other wise Will run lean they come factory lean to pass emissions check spark plug s white tips no good nice tan colour 😊

Does the dominator setup, make the pillion feet not hit the exhaust? And that heat shield at the lambda is it still in a place that hits your heel when standing on the pegs?

Would definitely get ECU flashed too adjust fuel trim now with full system not so critical with just a slip on ECU should adjust fuel

J’ai regardé pour en acheter un sur mon 1290 SAR mais le collecteur n’est pas en titane… c’est bien du titane le tiens ou de l’acier inoxydable ? Et j’adore tes vidéo j’espère que tu vas percer ! ✌️

Salut Alexis, j'ai découvert tes vidéos avec le cap nord, puis vues les autres, et maintenant celle-là... j'ai le modèle 2019, un régal... Je ne connaissais pas ces échappements, pas très chers mais à priori bruyants... J'ai un leo Vince qui crache bien aussi sans chicane. Pour avoir essayé ce modèle j'avais été étonné d'avoir le talon du pied droit qui touchait en permanence la ligne d'échappement en position debout. Avec une ligne pareille ça ne sera plus le cas, mais peux-tu me confirmer ce désagrément que l'on n'a pas avec le modèle 2019? Pour rappel je chausse du 41, alors avec les gladiateurs que je vois sur ces bécanes je sais pas comment ils font.... Merci et à plus

J’espère qu’elles t’ont plu ces vidéos! Merci d’avoir pris le temps de les regarder ! Je commence seulement, donc tout commentaire est bon à prendre. De mon côté, les pieds touchaient sur la ligne d’origine avec certaines bottes. J’ai juste pris l’habitude avec le temps de me positionner légèrement autrement. Avec celle ci, je pourrai te dire ça sous quelques semaines car je n’ai pas eu l’occasion encore de rouler assez pour voir ce détails! Je manquerai pas de te faire un retour dès que je peux!

merci, je trouve étonnant que ktm n'ai pas soulevé et résolu ce problème, dans chaque vidéo d'essai que j'ai pu voir j'ai commenté ce soucis mais tous les youtubeurs m'ont répondu qu'en fait ils n'avaient pas testé la position debout, ce qui est surprenant pour un essai de ce type de bécane non? Il y a que la concession de Gap qui a découvert et reconnu ce problème lors d'une discussion à la sunday ride. Moi à l'essai ça me perturbait vraiment car j'avais le talon droit limité dans ses déplacement alors que le gauche n'avait pas ce soucis... Du coup ça créait un déséquilibre et je me sentais pas à l'aise... Il faut dire que je repose mon pied sur le cale pied au même niveau du pied que les accroches automatiques que tu trouves sur les vélo et vtt (têtes des métatarse appelé l'avant pied). On pourrait dire que je chipote mais sur le modèle 2019 je n'ai pas ce problème.Tiens moi au courant

Im putting dominator slip on my super tenere have had ECU flashed big difference on sports mode kept factory header pipe with 2 o2 sensors i will start bike with new slip on and wait till thermo fan comes on then turn off hopefully ECU will adjust fuel with out need to remap again

Nice exhaust, and from what I've seen from friends, dominator makes some very good quality exhausts. My personal favorite is Wings exhaust for KTM. Just a side note. The exhaust is plug and play, but you DEFINITELY need a remap if you want your engine to remain healthy. You removed 3 catalytic converters, which means you are now running much leaner mixtures which can lead to overheating. Even if you only install a simple exhaust and a free flow air filter, it is suggested to remap your ECU.

@@alexislecarb I don't know if you're being sarcastic, but what I'm saying is not based on my "expertise". Even if you order your KTM with a factory akrapovic exhaust, it comes with a slightly different fuel map from the factory to match the different exhaust flow. And even in stock form, a remapping makes the bike run much smoother, especially in low rpm, and also gain some power, while keeping the engine temperatures low through richer mixtures

Vraiment un son canon!!! Je regarde pour en mettre un sur ma africa twin 2017, mais sans reprogramation, je doute que ce soit trop pauvre niveau air/essence . Car sérieusement, si ca ne nécessite aucune recartographie, cest que cette ligne n'ajoute que du bruit et rien niveau perfo, si ce nest que nuire au moteur

Ya une shop à 5 heures de chez moi ici au Québec qui ont déjà une carto toute faite pour une Africa avec une ligne complète de-cat😉

So true. Riding my twin cam Harley with a race pipe would create the Red Sea here in Dallas, Texas. Now that I have a stock 1290 SAS, people are running into me constantly. My wife got off after our first date and said: I am in love with this bike, just two things: a wider seat and a louder exhaust!

Something like 5 kg I guess! I don’t know the exact weight of the stock line but it may be between 3 or 4 kgs so overall is like 5 kgs gain approximately
