Leg Adductor Exercise- I have noticed knee caps on the pad from the side makes that joint work in a way it was not designed to, I once told Chris it is dangerous especially with his strength, I love that machine for size, the solution is to place hips on the padding not the knee joint

One thing I wanted mention is the audio in the video, there is a very strong sound coming from the people who are working out in the background but we hear you and Hany less.
