About the arm transformations, if you collapses the legs up on both figures, and then extended the elbow joint. It probably won’t look lanky

Honestly, the Combaticons having more members would be interesting. I like the idea of a boat who forms the feet and the jet wings forming the chestplate.

I’ll gladly accept a jet carrier as part of the combaticon team. If Bruticus is coming back like Motormaster with a half complete combiner, might as well turn the trailer into a whole new character. He can be made of feet, hands, crotch/chest and scaffolding

Im actually surprised the real combaticons dont have an attack boat or aircraft carrier. Like he or she could be a weaponizer and form the hands and feet for the limbs or be a gun.

Update to all who have commented. Just got an idea how it could work. Make them a weaponizer attack boat similar to energon mirage. Front of the boat split and form the feet of bruticus and the boat can have a missile launcher rack that split and turn into the hands. The rest of the boat could fold out and be the chest plate or turn them into a target master partner for the combine form

it doesn't bother me now, but as a kid it bothered me that a SPACE SHUTTLE is the same size as a jeep...and then a Aircraft Carrier??? this would have driven me insane.

You're supposed to extend the torso of the arm guys and _collapse_ their legs. It gives him one solid elbow instead of the split leg design from older 3P combiners

Every name is amazing but green, blue, and silver already have names for the set: green is hardhead, blue is supposed to be Crackerthunder (why not not thundercracker idk), and silver is broadside who is an autobot.

Add some gray, blue and yellow to the “not” Vortex and you could have an interesting take on Gobots Cop-tor. This reminds of this knock off dinobots set that had a similar color scheme.

If you grew up in a certain part of the world, you'll remember those East Asian KOs of downscaled scramble city combiners and micromaster combiners, you know, the carded ones with the garish yellow-orange instructions on the back? These were often packed together with what I believe were Machine Robo/Gobot molds, inexplicably enough. I remember having ones that transformed into a helicopter, a hydroplane and a military vessel of some sort (the latter I distinctly remember not transforming thanks to being downscaled lol). Anyway, this set is kind of like a premium version of that.

on the iron factory one youre supost to fold in the legs of the and then extend the elbow joints out of the body that's why he looked lanky you left the legs extended when you're supost to tuck them away and use the elbow parts

Okay, so I've a couple questions: is it possible to swivel just the thighs on the jet (at the mushroom pegs below the hips and the combined mode transformation joint just below the knee) to give it actual knees? And would the arms be more proportionate if you collapse down the robot legs to their vehicle mode positions and just use the combiner mode joints in the torsos?

the reson the arms look so lanky is that you're supposed to also collaps the legs fully on the two arm bots. the part that you don't like to fold out is the proper combined mode elbow

It's funny. In the directions it's shows both the collapsed legs and the extended legs. Fiddling around with it the collapsed legs look way better. I'll get a short up later showing them off.

I'm not sure, but it looks like the feet on the not-Swindle, seem upside down in vehicle mode, have you tried rotating them so the open area (normally the underside) is pointed towards the bed of the vehicle there? Overall, looks like an interesting set, i may have to pick one up at some point

Actually "Brawl" in this set is named Hardhead. Blue jet is CrackerThunder (very strange) and the silver boat is named Broadside.

@@themichael4898 CrackerThunder? Really? That's just a backwards way of saying Thundercracker! As in Thundercracker of the Seekers, along with Starscream and Skywarp, plus others... And Broadside was an Autobot! Oh, and Hardhead? Great, now the guy has a third name, Brawl, Armorhide and now Hardhead. Honestly, they should have kept his name as Brawl, then used the name Hardhead for the CrackerThunder, and keep Broadside for the boat, then for a backstory broadside between the combaticons and joins the Autobots, maybe during the betrayal he accidentally kills the blue jet which leads the team at 5 instead of 7.

Why would a giant aircraft carrier shrink down to merge with other vehicles that are like ants too it ? Even with the original bruticus size wise it would have made more sense to make the space shuttle the torso and the jeep should have been REPLACED with a larger military vehicle , like a tracked rocket launcher or similar sized mini attack submarine

I would say that really only vortex and brawl are "iron factory esque". Most of their transformations and looks are really far from how iron factorys. Especially swindle, his transformation, head, and design look nothing like iron factory
