Vandipranthan driving the Ford Figo Aspire Torque Converter Automatic
The drive-ability is good, and its peppy too, I loved the low end torque coming from this 3cyl petrol engine, ford knows a thing or two about building 3 cylinder engines, the sound hardly audible into the cabin.
In terms of features, it has no door open sensors but having a push button start, auto dimming mirrors satellite navigation and a brilliant touch screen.
if you take it out, you will feel the power initially, but mid range and top end is truly good in this car.
with the 195 profile 15 inch tires, this car is a germ to drive adding to that the clutch feels light and shifter is a sure slotting unit too
to cut the story short, I like the car and If I am in the market for a petrol car, this car will be in the list for sure.

I have test driven this 2 years back. Loved it. But mileage is an issue. As of now using figo diesel which gives around 16kmpl. From there coming down to 10-12kmpl will greatly hit the pocket alle. I drive around 1000 - 1200 kms a month with normal job usage. If any family long trip comes then may be 2000 kms in a month. And if a tour comes that will change accordingly. So is it right to go for the AT? Nice blunt presentation by the way. Good job.

Very good review bro. Njan one year aayi ee vandi odikkunnu. Bro paranje review aayi fully agree cheyyunnu. Absolutely fun to drive car. Kudos to Ford for bringing this powerful car in this segment.. they could have easily played safe. In Delhi traffic, I am getting a mileage of 9, 12+ on highways.

@@cyriljohns no problems at all. Clocked around 18K Kms in two years. Sad that they discontinued the production of this vehicle. Update on mileage part - city drive 9kmpl, highways - 14-15kmpl. The engine bring a 3cylinder is a bit noisy. power and control at high speeds is very good.

The most underrated car in the compact sedan segment.. superb power to weight ratio.. only downer is that there's no fully loaded version ie titanium+.. probably not to affect the EcoSport automatic sales..good video bro..👍

Doesn't make sense for them to sell an all out top end model since the Figo is basically a flopped car. Or where you talking about the aspire? The aspire I think sells better than the Figo and has a T+ variant. It's not a happy news, I am sad. Tincan pieces of shit like swift and dzire sell 20k units per month, while a well built feature rich, powerful Ford sells a fraction of that. Not disrespecting the people working there ofc, but honestly, TO HELL WITH MARUTI.

@@anoopg23 I fear so as well. Next on my death watch list is Nissan India. Kicks failed, pretty much nothing is going for them. Renault has brand equity in their Kwid, kinda like Toyotas Innova, people say innova first and then Toyota, so Renault is safe for now. VW/skoda, I don't think will exit, they still have a chance because upper middle class loves VW and it's Polo GT twins etc. Are still viewed as premium cars so they'll always have a customer base, but that advantage is slowly reducing, they need to bring in the new polo. I don't know what is going on at Tata, seems their decision making team is smoking something really strong cuz they brought out a strong diesel and a weak petrol in a segment which is heavily biased towards petrols, and no automatic at launch.

@@eriktenhag2022 ya, nissan india is definitely on a free fall..no wonder they're advertising kicks like anything as their only last hope.. renault is just saved with the launch of triber and the facelifted kwid..the vag group atleast have some roadmap for india with their new entity SVWIPL.. Toyota will swallow suzuki in the long run.. Tata somehow had some decent launches.. but confused on their product positioning..eg hexa.. And finally, only time will tell the fate of Mahindra and Ford JV.. infact Indian market was and will always be a hard nut to crack..

@@anoopg23 I hope Ford doesn't exit India anytime soon, omg. It was hard work convincing my family to buy the aspire diesel T+, probably early next year, and have a lot of mods planned on it. If Ford discontinues the aspire before that, I'll look like such an ass. Sorta like the perfect vehicle, family members satisfied with 20+ kmpl and me satisfied with having a car that accelerates like it's on fire.

പുതിയതായി ചെയ്യുന്ന വീഡിയോകളിൽ ഓരോ brand നും വരുന്ന service charge, അതുപോലെ പെട്ടന്ന് complaint വരുന്ന accessories, അതിനു വരുന്ന വില ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു. കാരണം വണ്ടി വാങ്ങി കഴിഞ്ഞു വരുന്ന സർവീസ് ചാർജ്, സ്ഥിരം complaints, accessories ന്റെ വില ഇതൊക്കെ പലപ്പോളും നമ്മൾ പ്രതിക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഇരട്ടിയിൽ അധികം ആകാറുണ്ട്. ഈ ഇടക്ക് you tube ൽ തന്നെ ഒരു premium luxury sedan ന്റെ വീഡിയോയിൽ Tyre Front glass Mirrors Scratch Front bumper Wipers Side doors ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ചില സാധനങ്ങൾ replacement ചെയ്താൽ എത്ര രൂപ ആകും എന്നതിന്റെ ഒരു വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിരുന്നു. അതുകൂടെ ചെയ്താൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു. അതുപോലെ ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള accessories വാങ്ങാൻ പറ്റിയ നല്ല dealers ആരൊക്കെ ആണന്നു പരിചപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു. കാരണം showroom ലെ വിലയേക്കാൾ കുറച്ചു പുറത്തു കിട്ടാറുണ്ട്. അതുപോലെ online ൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങിയ നല്ല product കൾ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും നല്ലതാണ്. ഇപ്പോളും എനിക്ക് ബൈക്ക് (NS200)നു പറ്റിയ ഒരു mobile holder വാങ്ങാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ല വാങ്ങിയതിൽ നിന്നും ഫോൺ പല തവണ താഴെ വീണു. അതുകൊണ്ട് അതുപോലെയുള്ള accessories കൂടെ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ അതു viewers നു ഉപകാരപ്പെടാൻ വലിയ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്
