I lost my 30 year old best mate in February of this year. He also took his own life and struggled with depression and addiction so this one feels very raw. Thanks Wesley and Akshay for your kind words about Grayson. May he Rest In Peace ❤️🫶

Suggestion for both channels: go to a random course, local, not PGA level, pick a random guy and play 9 holes and help them out.

Gentleman, you have a lot of grace and compassion during a devastating situation. In 2021 my best friend passed away from suicide as well. It never gets easier. It changes you forever. I love you guys, and so many others do too. Take care of yourselves, and be there for the ones who were closest to him as much as you can too. We are rooting for you, the golf community, and of course his family in this tough situation.

Love the elite competition 1 v 1’s. I know Wes is kidding about how boring it would be to see Shay just pure it every time, but if he could bring in more current pga tour players to battle, high quality golf never gets old. High quality golf + high quality players = high quality competition + high quality content. Also adds a fun newer dynamic playing on courses that have already been prepped and prepared for a tour event. Under rated detail to this vid that is appreciated.

Akshay was bumped outside the top 200 in the Official World Golf Rankings after missing the cut at the Rocket Mortgage a year ago...and now hes ranked No 29 and is definitely moving up after this weekend (Tied for the 54 hole lead right now). Its so cool seeing him go from those matches with a bunch of the popular youtube golfers to being in contention what seems like every week on the PGA Tour.

The more insider type stuff the better (as much as the Tour will allow, if you're game). Nobody has that type of content (inside the ropes). Not sure how much that takes from your prep/required headspace for events.

Very sorry for you guys loss having personal relationships with Grayson. It’s a tough loss for not only the golf world who followed his story, but also all of the world who will never get that opportunity again. As someone who has struggled with depression and addiction myself I was so happy for him when he won again in Hawaii and was taking on the challenge of a quote on quote come back story. Mentally and physically. My heart hurts for you guys and especially his family. This is why I absolutely love your channel, so much game to be seen here but the level of class you show here is incredible. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll be right here continuing to watch! There’s nothing I’d enjoy more than one day teeing it up with you guys and watching it in person. Maybe one day who knows!? Back to the video! Thank you guys

Such a great, yet very sad, heartwarming intro, guys. I only knew of Grayson through watching him on tour, but he truly seemed like a fun, loving, and caring person to his family, friends, and fans. It breaks my heart that anyone would ever feel like suicide is an option. People need to realize that they're not ending their pain. It's not that simple. They're passing it along to their loved ones. Please talk to someone if you feel like that's even remotely an option or thought. It's never too late to get help, and there are so many people out there that would actually help and do care! Don't ever give up on yourself!

This should be interesting can’t wait to watch in a bit. Akshay is playing amazing. Then Wes just has it one on one. No fear in his game or any shot he hits. This will be instant classic.

Idea for Akshay’s channel: Seems all the youtube golfers are going after The top current pga/liv players for 1v1 matches. I’ve watched golf for a long time and would love to see some of the players from the Champions tour play against you, ie; Freddy Couples, Davis Love, Jerry Kelly, etc.

My nephew 4/11/22 passed at 15 years old in a similar manner and it’s one of the hardest things the family has ever had to deal with. Prayers up for anyone and everyone affected by this tragedy or any such dealing with grief. There is Hope ❤

RIP Grayson. This one hit hard. I am a professional golfer and I struggle with alcohol and addiction as well. I tried to take my life with a knife about 8 months ago. I have been trying very hard to get on track and stay there as i know life is worth living. But addiction is difficult and embarrassing. I hope that Grayson has found peace as i looked up to him when he won this year. Thank you for the tribute gentlemen.
