Mahebourg ! Am from a village about 2 km north from the market. Does not seem to have changed much. This is the prettiest town in Mauritius. Loads of character. Colourful people. Amazing street food. Every street oozes history. Thanks Bryan for a walk down memory lane :)

Visit there, go into my mothers-in-law's shop, Boutique Phillipe on Royal Rd. We're in Australia, I've been 10 times. Go to Mahebourg markets every trip.
