You were right about the BSN Vanilla. Really good. And, using it with Fairlife 2% Milk creates a wonderful Vanilla Soft Serve Protein Ice Cream with the Ninja Creami!

ty for the time & money you put in to making this video. when i was in the Army back in 05-09, BSN Syntha-6 Mint Chocolate used to be my all-time favorite flavor, it tasted better than any dessert or anything, i loved it.. but then BSN canceled it a few years later, so i stopped buying their protein mix after that, i was very disappointed.. now they got this Cold Stone version that i haven't tried.. idk if i trust it lol... if it's the same mix i'll buy it again for sure. **when we got back from Iraq (2008), my go-to after PT breakfast was Syntha-6 Mint Chocolate mixed in a pint of milk, with a Banana.. good times 💪🏻

I'd suggest a review of the MuscleSport whey protein powders. They have many flavors. It would be interesting to see how they stack up against the others you have reviewed.

Another great video. Thank you for reviewing this line of protein powder. I agree with you, pop tarts are definitely overrated. I think the candy you're referring to is called Andes mints.

Also just wanted to mention the only bad ingredient in this protein is the maltodextrin it's really bad for you it's spikes your blood sugar higher than regular sugar so I stay away from it

Can you do 1up nutritions new flavors. They have protein isolate Rocket Pop, Lemonade, Etc and maybe your favorite protein flavors out of all brand so far

Thanks dude! Can you do Jocko next? They are a lot cleaner ingredient wise and are on Amazon. All the oils, high fructose corn syrup, sweeteners kind of turn me off from this one

I will eventually. I tried his energy drink which is natural apparently and it was literally the most disgusting beverage I’ve ever tried. The natural, clean stuff is usually 90 percent of the time absolutely disgusting in taste

Compared to other brands you've reviewed like ghost and 1up. Would you say the extra calories of syntha6 is worth it?

If it’s delicious flavor that’s most important then YES! If flavor doesn’t really make much difference, I personally prefer drinking less calories. But if I was slim and wanted the size; BSN all the way!
