This is my favorite way to cook tofu because it is simple, easy, and healthy. I know it looks like a lot of oil but they are healthy for you and won't clog your arteries.

Thanks for the video. I'm not familiar with tofu. I made a choice to change what I eat after watching a documentary called Food,Inc. It made me sick to see that even what people eat is controlled by capitalism and how the government doesn't care as long as their pockets are lined. Anyways,Thank you.

Why spray the pan with canola oil if you have the oil on your tofu? Also, why use such a huge pan if your only using half of the cooking surface?

All of that oil is very bad for your arteries so if I were you I'd skip the oil completely. Since you're using a nonstick cooking surface you don't need it anyway.

I really don't like how you add the seasonings while you're cooking. Why didn't you just add all your flavors together with the tofu in a bowl and let it marinate for like 30 minutes?

Next time use Organic TOFU, BRAGG for seasoning and use Olive Oil for frying...the way you are doing it is NOT healthy at all.
