Immer wieder schön zu sehen das es wenigstens noch eine Gruppe gibt in Deutschland die nach Traditionen geht und so etwas wie den Stechschritt mit Herzen durchführen

Der Parademarsch der Spielleute steht leider nicht im 6/8 Takt, so wie er gespielt wird, ist es leider nicht richtig.

Never stopped. Once a year nearly every village in the norther half of germany will celebrate "Schützenfest" and have a parade similar to this. Often times with goose step. These parades are an old tradition dating back hundreds of years. Where I'm from it started around 1660 but there are even older ones around. Remember that the Nazis did not invent the goosestep, it originated in the 18th century.

Too bad actually. The Wehrmacht only lasted 11 years, but the Prussian goose step is much older and still symbolizes discipline and strength in many countries today. For example, without Prussian discipline there might not have been a United States.

@@StarMalLP The Swastika is thousands of years old and it was poisoned by Nazi Germany during the same period. Too bad indeed for those tens of millions who were butchered. \What is the connection between Prussian discipline and the endless anarchy that the United States was/is?

Der "Stechschritt" wirkt mehr als komisch. Er ist unpassend und erinnert eher an Hampelmännchens Wachparade.

Was haben Sportschützen mit dem Militär zu tun? Das militärische Gehampel - noch dazu laienhaft - schadet dem ohnehin kritisierten Schießsport ... Blöder kann man den Schießsport nicht präsentieren.

@@ferdinandhaberer7135 wieso eigentlich peinlich? Wie sollte denn ein schützenverein aussehen und marschieren? Die Vereine stehen seit Ewigkeiten in diesen Schützentraditionen, die wiederum preußischen Drill als Vorbild nehmen. So wie ich das sehe marschiert jeder Verein so, weil es eben Schützen sind und nicht die Armee. 🤡🤡🤡

As a German-American I find the use of the old "Goose Step" very disturbing. It evokes a time under the Kaiser and Hitler when Germany was under militaristic monarchy and Nazi dictatorship.

El Paso de Ganso tiene más de 350 años de tradición y NO porque los nazis lo hicieron, significa que ésta gente es nazi. Y si has estado en Alemania, sabrías que ellos solo quieren la paz y recuperar sus tradiciones que les fueron arrebatadas a fuerza del miedo. El mismo miedo estupido que tú estáis manifestando. Te lo explicaría en inglés o alemán, pero veo que no eres muy listo que digamos.

As an english-american, the goose step is only disturbing to you because of us/uk propaganda. This style of marching has long been used before hitler was born and it is just one characteristic of german culture that is cool to see.

The "Goose Step" was not invented by the Nazis or the Kaiser it is older then that. The sad part is the Nazis Ruined it for most people. As for me I love "Goose Step" and just ignore the bad image the Nazis gave it in only 12 years in power. Today Sadly if you want to see a real parade in the Prussian style don't go to Germany go to Chile.

I'm sorry but the goose-stepping really ruins the flavor of an otherwise fun and enjoyable event. I really wish that the participants could omit it from their parade
