Tbh as a OSU fan I think the pressure was more important on the play. With time Stroud could of put some mustard on the ball

@@ethancohen7_ it's definitely important. But the fact is Stroud still put up a catchable ball. If you rewatch the play, look where Sainristil is when Stover makes his move across the middle, and how much ground he had to make up to get in position for the PBU. Still, I agree that without the pass rush Sainristil wouldn't have the time to make up all that ground.

Always a great re-watch! I began taking note of the spotting of the ball early in the game. Time after time the OSU spots were the max possible and the Michigan spots were curiously short. I bet OSU was given an extra 20-30 yards in this game and Michigan 20-30 less. I would check the official who was making those spots checking account.

HAIL YEAH! kinda kick myself for not going to this one. But for me, nothing will top 11/27/21 in Ann Arbor. Being able to be a part of the fans storming the field afterward was a bucket list moment. I can only imagine how quiet it was as the Buckeye faithful were beginning to realize that the last two years were definitely not a fluke......GOOOOOOOOO BBLLUUUEEEEE!

Donovan Edwards next to last TD run is what put Ohio State away. After an 18-2 record from 2001-2019, and making it a one-sided "rivalry", courtesy of Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer, darn them, 😠It makes me happy to see Michigan not only beat Ohio State once, but IN Columbus for the first time since the Tom Brady era. Ryan Day is still a very good coach, but he's not beating Michigan like Tressel and Meyer did for all those years.

I despise Texas with every fiber in my being, but they are looking primed this year. SEC will not win it this year.

27:12 a forgotten pivotal moment in the game. 2nd half, opening drive, go for it on 4th and 1 in Michigan territory. went quickly and got it. if osu gets that stop.they probably score quick and make the game look much different 🤷

From an Ohio State fan, Michigan took it to us. No question about it. They had the better game plan. Ohio State is heads and shoulders above Michigan in talent. Michigan won because Jim Harbaugh out coached Ryan Day. It's that simple.

I’m happy for UM fans but when I watch this game and highlights I see major breakdowns on OSU 2nd and 3rd lines on defense. LBs are constantly out of position, all JJ’s TD throws are either wide open receivers or missed tackles, and critical/blatant pass interference in the secondary to extend drives for Michigan. All the hype of bringing in the DC from Ok. St. And OSU laid an egg on defense scheme and execution in this game.

As a Michigan fan I LOVE watching this back, but man this is one of the worst games I can remember from Gus and Joel. Such an obvious OSU slant and overall extremely poor analysis throughout.

same! agreed, almost as if they didn't want to say to much in favor of Michigan. osu looked amazing for must of the season going into this game I thought they would keep it close and Michigan would lose in the 4th by 3 TDs. that obviously was the other way around.

Had OSU not choked I would have taken out my disappointment and upset mode on USC for opening that door for Ohio State. The fact USC was up 17-3 and Utah fumbled I thought USC would take over the game, but no instead they went 4 and out after the fumble and got outscored 44-7, which was the worst way USC collapsed.

Even though I am a Michigan fan, I have to give some respect to OSU as if they hadn't missed that Field Goal, they likely would have beaten TCU and won the Natty, because TCU likes time to study their opponent. That's why they beat us but got crashed by Georgia, and if Ohio State advanced, they likely would have done the same thing.

I know people from Ohio and they *ALL* said Michigan wouldn't win two in a row after we beat the buckeyes in 2021. _Before this game I bet with a couple of them and pocketed a couple hundred bucks after the game._ $$$ I contacted them in 2023 to see if they wanted a chance to win their money back, but there wasn't any takers. _Guess they learned their lesson!_

Two years in a row. Didn't the Bucks just run two streaks on the bitcherines. One of 7 games from '04-'10. And 8 games from '12-'19? In '18 they put up 62. And in '19 they put up '56. Good to see you guys got 2 straight. It only took you guys 24 years to do it.

Had Blake Corum been healthy I believe that OSU would have won as Harbs would have never used D Edwards as well as he did. It would have been the same old grind it out with Corum.

I don’t know if osu would have won. Michigan still would have wore them down in the 2nd half. JJ probably wouldn’t have had 3 TD passes though. Corum and edwards would have done their thing I believe. Maybe a 10-14 point win instead of 22?

Sign stealing excuses hahaha. Ohio marched down the field at will on 1st possession. Then sent the house for 1.5 qtrs completely shutting down Michigan's run game. So like a good coach they adjusted at end of 2nd qtr and 2nd half and successfully aired it out into single coverage without safety help. Then on defense in 2nd half it was just a matter of Michigan's DL dominating and a couple huge plays from the DBs. End of story.

Funny at the end of the game they’re talking about Harbaugh on the hot seat and discussed what would he do to get back, he got back to his roots. Well no he actually just decided to cheat. Next summer this video will be of a vacated win by missagain.
