Changsub is very fond of rock music. Your solo album is kind of like that, a rock ballad. For this concert he was on a very strict diet to be able to show the ABS to the melodies. So much so that later there is a video of them eating after the concert and Changsub was eating so much, looking very hungry after having been practically 4 weeks without eating anything right. It's kind of sad. I felt bad at the time, but it was something he wanted to do for the fans. That's why he commented on the hard time and then congratulated the melodies and himself. To confidently show his abs, Changsub has diet and practiced a lot, even before the concert, he was sick, I'm so sad about that :(( He was also proud of that so much, so I see very grateful to him.
