I prefer the unconventional voices with more rawness to them , great vocals are okay but I want to hear something different , the cover of tom's diner was sensational not because the first has better control than the second guy , but because both there voices complemented each other beautifully. The stupid thing about people complaining about line distribution is that they don’t record music together. Each person goes in on their own and records with the producers of the song. Every single vocalist is given the exact same part to sing… the producer has a sound that they’re looking for but it’s really hard to translate that to people.. so they go through taking direction from the producer and that is submitted … and that’s how parts are chosen… they don’t even know most of the time bc they do the same parts. Jungkook is the only member with perfect pitch which is something you either are born with or you’re not… and he is… he also loves singing and music and learning so he’s constantly wanting to learn something new… he’s got such an advanced knowledge of singing that producers love to work with him bc he gets it and really was like a prodigy at such a young age. It’s like people think they group sits around choosing who they want to sing a part or something when they don’t even record together lol it’s why during one the soop that they said it was so weird to be recording together like that bc they don’t make music that way. It’s just sad that no matter what jk gets hated on and especially jin you have ppl feeling sorry for him or that he wasn’t treated fairly… when he had just as much opportunity to sing more parts as everyone else did. They’re all just different and work different but they’re happy and make great music.. it’s sad it always turns into “fair” when this is professionalism and their art. Has nothing to do with tones lol producers have certain ways that they want their music to sound … certain ways of singing and not notes… but each member sings the same parts but whoever is able to understand what the producer is hoping for is what is used. Jungkook is the only member with perfect pitch and the best understanding of music and singing…. He’s also the strongest in his entire range… and thinks outside the box when recording… jins actually got a pretty basic tone… it’s nasally bc it’s a more basic way of singing that is good for belting … or like broadway for plays and stuff like auditorium singing. Jungkook has the biggest vocal bag of techniques and has the only voice that you can’t just pin down to one sound… jimin jin and v pretty much all have their signature sound … which is why they tend to sing the same style of parts most of the time… bc jungkook doesn’t have a basic sound and sounds different depending on the song and what vocal color and texture he adds to his voice … his potential is endless … he’s not a sound you can point out right and that’s bc he doesn’t sing in a standard way as someone like jin does. Jin sings like someone who has taken lessons and learned purely this way and basically that’s how he learned.. jungkook didn’t take lessons and basically taught himself to sing by incorporating anything and everything he loved about other artists.. which is why he doesn’t have one sound… bc of his unusual way of learning .. and his understanding of so many genres of music helps him be able to give producers what they’re looking for.. and understand any feedback in a broader way bc he learns like a typical prodigy… tends to be outside of the box when it’s a form of art. The fact that jungkook is also the strongest while singing live helps as well… he also has little to no vocal effects when singing live while the other three always do… certain stages have highlighted this but anyone with any understanding of audio engineering can easily hear that there are quite a bit of mixing being done live on jin, jimin and v … just not on jungkook . They do want people to be able to make a cohesive sound for the track… but even on the track a lot of the time their voice on the track is over jks background vocals… even live they sometimes sing to his backtrack… he’s just the most advanced when it comes to singing overall I think the lack of knowledge when it comes to how mucus is made leads to ppl misinterpreting a situation lol they don’t record together… everyone goes in on their own and the producer has an idea of what they want in terms of sound… not the notes bc the notes are already there bc there’s a vocal guide that jungkook does for everyone to hear how it should sound. Each person records with producers… it’s not about their tone typically bc it’s a track…different ways of singing are more advanced but to people who don’t know anything about singing… it leads to totally misunderstanding how difficult certain things are. Whenever bts is asked who their best vocalist is… they’ve always without pause said jungkook lol does that make them all jungkook solo Stan’s? You’re responding emotionally and not logically and reading comprehension is essential and if you use it… you’ll understand that I have no personal position in this discussion. Which is why I’m using facts to explain and technical references bc I can tell that you don’t understand how music is made… especially bts. It shouldn’t be that difficult to comprehend… you can give all the members a line to sing and in your mind you know how you want it to sound.. it can be difficult to explain that… so they give corrections and suggestion as they record of things and work with them to get the best takes for what they’re looking for. Tae jin and jimin have learned to sing in a conventional way… which there’s nothing wrong with… that’s how ppl are expected to learn… but jungkook did not learn this way most of his career so his singing isn’t conventional or standard. All of them are exceptional vocalists.. his stamina and physical stability is what he’s known for.. it’s not an opinion. Jungkook has more passion for singing… everyone has their area of focus and place in bts that they are extremely special and it’s the area they lead… and jungkooks is singing. It’s like they’re all 4.0 students in singing but jk turns in extra credit anyway bc he’s got a thirst for knowledge and singing… and it shows live. The other vocalists go to him with help for love singing and monitor with him bc it’s his area of expertise. The group has no problem acknowledging this so why do you? Your conjuring up a way you think that they make music and I’m telling you for a fact that no that is not how it is made. Jungkooks voice is used to blend parts to be more cohesive so in this area what you said makes sense… it’s why the track when the others sing sometime they sound slightly like his tone… and this is simply to blend and has nothing to do with being better or worse.. so this part you were accurate on.. it would be difficult to use the others voices to blend .. it’s almost always jk but sometimes it’s jin jimin ir tae

Although in the studio version j hope gets less lines, in live performances he gets to wings rm's first half is the verse... Alot of their b sides their line distribution isn't bad... That time, BigHit just a small company, BTS nearly can't debut because they don't have the money to do it. What is the main part of a song that will attract a listener? A VOICE, the main vocalist voice to be exact. If that song soars high, listeners will praised the main vocalist for doing his job very well. If the song doomed, people will also blamed the main vocalist for not doing his job very well. Why i agreed with the chart? Because he carried on his responsibilities very well. As the youngest, he had given the most difficult job to represent the group coming from the nearly bankrupt company. The voice of the main vocalist is what will attract the listeners from the 1st time. He never took his title for granted. That comments hit JK the most because he is the main vocalist, if the group doomed listeners (and also the company) will blame him the most. How he saw another group's main vocalist is so rounded, they are handsome, they sing very well, they rapped and danced very well too. How he felt so small compared to them, and thinking he is nothing compare to the other groups main vocalist. That's why he worked hard, always singing whenever he was, at the car, at the shower, practically everywhere. His only thought is how to be a support for his company and his hyungs. He never afraid to working hard, but his gentle heart will crying when he saw his hyungs mentally struggled, or he felt how he disappointed armys. As the main vocalist, he spent times to recorded the guide track, it required a great understanding of what's the producer's want, the direction of the song and conveyed the emotion needed. He spent more times to run the songs once again when everyone had been recorded, to see where to add addlibs, where to harmonized, basically how to make the song more beautiful and full. This required a great understanding of his hyungs each voice character (to make sure that his addlibs and harmonization won't overshadow his hyungs voices). Respect and praised given to the one who worthy of it, and yes the youngest very much worthy to his title ! The members themself, knew these very well, that's why they felt grateful to him and not afraid to confessed their feeling and thoughts about him at many occasion. Not afraid to thanked him for his efforts, not afraid to say that they're looking for JK's guide track for their part or even their solos. Not afraid to said that because of JK, they can reached their current milestone. They never forgot who shouldered more burdens and responsibilities for the times they took to catch up and developed their own capabilities. jungkook hardly got any solo opportunities being in BTS, only this year he got a chance and man broke records with his webtoon ost and currently left and right is doing that. also he got highest numbers with his solo tracks under bts euphoria being highest streamed solo song under bts. his still with you which isnt even on spotify is widely popular among locals too.

They don’t just hand jungkook lines and choose less and less for others lol they don’t even record music together… they all go in separately and work with the producers. The producer has a sound in mind and is listening for who is doing the parts how they hope and the closest to what they envision… jungkook is the ONLY member of bts with perfect pitch… and has been revered by producers they’ve worked with bc of his ear for music and understanding of so much of a broader sense of singing than they’ve seen in a long time. Everyone has the same opportunities to sing the same parts… if someone has less lines then it’s bc they couldn’t perform the part in the way that the producer was hoping for as good as someone else could l. So lines jungkook gets bc they’re literally all up for grabs… any of them could have any of the vocal parts… jungkook can’t be blamed for being able to be what the producers are looking for. I know you didn’t blame jungkook for having more lines.. but ppl def do ..’but they all have the same shot … that’s pretty much how they go about who gets what

lol they don’t have a song and decide to hand parts to the members based on their positions… they record separately with the producers and all vocalists record the same parts… the producers go with whoever got the closest for what they were looking for… it’s not jungkooks fault that he has a better understanding of music in that sense and that he can deliver the closest to what an infinite amount of producers are looking for. Jin has the same opportunity to have more lines in every single song and always has… jin sings in a simpler way that works best for belting… he can do tons of different styles of singing but loses stability the more he moves while dancing… jungkook has the largest bag of vocal techniques and sings in ways that are at a higher level of skill than the others… they’re all exceptional vocalists but jungkook who has the most passion for singing… can do more and the only one with perfect pitch. As the main vocalist he has little to no vocal effects when they sing live and the other three always have some effects on their parts… anyone with any understanding of audio engineering can hear that easily. Jin is a wonderful vocalist with a lot to offer and has received some praises vocally… but so has jk , Jimin and Tae lol jungkook especially is considered one of the strongest vocalists in music especially by the professionals and is looked at as a prodigy. The bottom line is that no matter what we think about their abilities… bc we can have different preferences and understanding of singing… but jin had just as much opportunity to have more parts as jungkook did and he always had… so complaining about his line distribution can only fall on jin himself. It’s one thing to be an exceptional vocalist and they all really are in different ways… but whoever could do the part as the producers hoped for got that part. None had more chances just bc of their position in the group. So this complaint is irrelevant and just shows you guys don’t take the time to understand how things work in the music industry and what happens and it takes to actually make their music. I hope we get something from jin before he leaves for the military bc it seems it’s going to b pretty soon here. Would be lovely to have his mixtape or something before he goes.

they have to consider singing LIVE too and jungkook is the most stable member and he has the best vocal color and the widest range the rest of the vocal line have a lot of voice cracks while performing and jungkook even have to back their vocals up when hitting high notes
